Location is excellent and very close to gondola stations, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Valet ski gears storage service is a good surprise. We enjoy the skiing holiday, and will likely book this hotel again when coming to Whistler next time.

We stayed for the first time in Whistler and The Crystal Lodge. Our first impressions were good and the location is fantastic. However, the room we were allocated was small and not much storage space, 3 small drawers and a wardrobe. The washing and drying room on our floor was very handy and we did use the gym, once the resort and mountain had been closed due to the coronavirus outbreak. We therefore had to cut out holiday short by 7 days which was disappointing. On the day of check out we asked to extend our room until departure (hotel now very quiet due to resort being shut) to be told we could extend the room by 4 hours, but there would be a charge, or we could have an extra hour for free. We thought this was particularly disappointing and we only took the 1 free hour offered, a shame as it left us feeling very disappointed with the hotel. There was also no official communication from the hotel to us as guests regarding the resort closure. Read less

Had an amazing holiday. The location is amazing, center to everything !! Staff really friendly and amazing hot shower with really deep baths. The beds were so cosy. Jacuzzi was brilliant after a cold day (the paint was peeling off though so needs a bit of upkeep). The ski valet was a good touch too. My only comment (and this is being picky) is… Read more

Jacuzzi was brilliant after a cold day (the paint was peeling off though so needs a bit of upkeep). The ski valet was a good touch too. My only comment (and this is being picky) is that the complimentary coffee in the room was horrible. Little sachets of coffee would be better. This is being picky however. Read less
