This hotel was a very nice place to stay, if only for one night. It's right in the heart of the resort with access directly to the pedestrianised shops and restaurants. It must look fantastic in the winter. We had the best room of our two week tour of Canada; it's a shame we weren't staying longer! Our room (#143) was a studio with settee,… Read more

It must look fantastic in the winter. We had the best room of our two week tour of Canada; it's a shame we weren't staying longer! Our room (#143) was a studio with settee, table and small kitchen area. It's balcony looked out on the busy shops area and despite it's position we were undisturbed during the night. Much to good for only one night. Paid parking is in their own underground car park at $24 + tax per night. Read less

We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of a wider fly/drive holiday. So this hotel was selected by our travel company. It is well placed in the centre of the resort which does mean a little noise from outside until about midnight. Not enough to stop us sleeping. The room was well kitted out with a very large comfortable double bed. Overnight parking was expensive ($24 a night) and this is the costliest of all hotels we have/will stay at. The lighting in the room is quite muted which does tend to make the room feel a little gloomy - although in fairness the rain and overcast skies didnt help. Fortunately I take my own make up mirror with me but I think I would have found it very frustrating if I didn't have that with me. Overall I'm sure the hotel is good value and there were no major issues to complain about - I'm just not entirely sure I would be happy to book again if I was booking direct. Read less

The room we had at the hotel was nice in itself, however since the property was as they advertise right in the middle of it all, you have to be willing to sacrifice a good night sleep. There were quite a few rowdy individuals just standing there yelling outside the hotel every night we were there making it impossible to get much rest. Aside from… Read more

Aside from that the staff was very friendly and it was easily accessible to the chair lifts which was good. Read less

I had my 3 late teenage kids with me so it was like 4 adults and we stayed in the Crystal Queen room and it was the perfect size for us all. This place is located at the top end of the village so very close to the ski lifts and plenty of food options at your door as well. The staff are awesome and there is nothing they won’t do for you. They also arranged our ski/lift passes as well (not sure if they are doing that this year). So glad they could do that as it was one thing we didn’t have to worry about lining up for. Would highly recommend staying here and when we return one day will be the first place I book. Read less
