Maybe I’m unlucky as I have been without hot water for 2.5 days. The plug in the sink didn’t work. The shower wouldn’t drain away and the hotel have left me at the beach twice. And I get back tonight to find the maid hasn’t done our room. I also had to change rooms as the adjoining door to the first room I had was so flimsy it felt like the bloke… Read more

And I get back tonight to find the maid hasn’t done our room. I also had to change rooms as the adjoining door to the first room I had was so flimsy it felt like the bloke snoring next door was actually in our room. This admittedly wasn’t the hotels fault but it is the worst service I’ve experienced in a hotel and I go away 5-6 times a year. I can’t really say anymore about the place. I have another 2 days here so hopefully nothing else will go wrong? Read less

The suite is the best. You get a kitchen & lounge area with a big balcony on 1 floor the we had a huge downstairs bedroom and bathroom on a lower level. Again with the same size balcony. Loads of space. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A little tired but nothing that is any issue. The only thing to bear in mind is the steep hill up to the apartments. It takes a few minutes of exercise to walk up the little access road. Okay if you are fit and able. There are connecting doors to the apartments next door( they are in blocks of 3) we didn’t have anyone either side but I can believe you could hear people in them if we had had neighbours. There is no restaurant but we ate in the room/apartment or literally over the road on the jetty. There are 3 bar/restaurants of varying levels of price and what they serve. Skulduggery bar is great for reasonably drinks & basic food. Sea Breeze does drinks, pizzas & a good breakfast. Cloggys upstairs is not to be missed. Great food. Great position and views across the bay. The staff are helpful. Overall it’s a very good place to stay & we will be back there again. I have rated noise as average. We didn’t have any noise problems but I could see that you might have some from the neighboring apartments through the connecting doors if the place was fully booked. Read less

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is it. My two friends and I stayed here for one night and loved the area! Great restaurants and the marina view is beautiful. We were dropped off to our room via golf cart and all of our luggage was brought up by a bell hop. This property is on a steep hill so I would not recommend for someone with physical limitations or who is handicap. Only wish they had room service since everything in the area closes pretty early. Have stayed several times. Always accommodating and beautiful rooms; really good value. My number one choice - across the street from the Yacht Club. Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are large with big bathrooms.

The amenities was great and the staff was very helpful, one of them stayed very late waiting for us. He was so kind but we didn't get to see him again. They had coffee and tea outside for anyone if they wanted in the night or early morning, I loved that idea. The hotel was very nice and a lot of art and crafts which I extremely love. They don't have a restaurant but recommended few, the one closest was nice. We work in the Hospitality industry and we found that Antigua is very expensive. This hotel wasn't bad on the price for the room. We explore around and it was very nice time. My boyfriend was amazed by the huge yatch on the marina which we had a great view. The bathroom was clean and updated. We really liked it. The gym was okay, a little old or rough on the edges but it was okay. Read less
