Image of the Tripadvisor rating Birthday getaway for my boyfriend which we loved very much. The place is very nice and very friendly/helpful staff.

We loved the place, the room was very nice expect that it was connected to another room which we could hear the person on the other side coughing. But the view was amazing. The amenities was great and the staff was very helpful, one of them stayed very late waiting for us. He was so kind but we didn't get to see him again. They had coffee and tea… Read more

The amenities was great and the staff was very helpful, one of them stayed very late waiting for us. He was so kind but we didn't get to see him again. They had coffee and tea outside for anyone if they wanted in the night or early morning, I loved that idea. The hotel was very nice and a lot of art and crafts which I extremely love. They don't have a restaurant but recommended few, the one closest was nice. We work in the Hospitality industry and we found that Antigua is very expensive. This hotel wasn't bad on the price for the room. We explore around and it was very nice time. My boyfriend was amazed by the huge yatch on the marina which we had a great view. The bathroom was clean and updated. We really liked it. The gym was okay, a little old or rough on the edges but it was okay. Read less

This was our 3rd visit to Antigua and we stayed here for 3 nights. The location is good, though being low season, pretty quiet. There were still places open in which to eat out, the yacht club restaurant being a good choice. Our room was very large and had a good-sized balcony. The bathroom was also large. We had problems with our shower, which was fixed very quickly. The small kitchen was basic and not especially well equipped, though we did manage to cook breakfast for 4. (We stayed on a room only basis.) Facilities were limited, and no pool, but there was free tea and coffee in reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. One point to bear in mind is that it's on a very sloping site, which was more taxing in the heat and would be problematic for people with limited mobility. Read less

Massive 4 poster bed, great air conditioning, powerful shower, kitchen with fridge, 2 electric hobs and utensils etc. and just the best harbour view. Daily maid service and towels changed. A very, very steep walk to the room but a quick ride up in a golf buggy was offered if staff were around in the heat of the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet at this time of year as out of season for the sailing community but some nearby bars and restaurants open most nights. Car park, small local supermarket and bars just across the road. You would probably need a car which we had if you want to get around the island although there is a local small bus service you are quite a way out. Pigeon Point beach is nearby with one restaurant open at the moment. Nelson's Dockyard and Shirley Heights are nearby as is the lovely Gallion Beach. Not a resort as such as no pool or bar, but who needs that when you have so many beaches and historic locations to explore. We will be back! Thanks 4 a great stay. Read less
