This luxury property is a dream come true! You must visit their website for details. They are serious about their three pillars of excellent and it starts at the airport with your personal pickup. Bar service, inside and outside your villa, is premium. Nigel will definitely take care of you! We were fortunate enough to run into the owner twice during our stay and he exhibited the same warm, sincere hospitality that the entire staff possessed. Lovely man. Whether you want to simply relax or explore the island, there is plenty of options for everyone. Our recommendations: #1 Don't miss a single night of Michelin-level dining at the Lighthouse restaurant. And take advantage of the cooking demo with chefs - you won't regret it. Lunch on the beach is SUPER special and a must. Go off property at least one day to enjoy the beautiful people and rich culture. Take a stroll to Devil's Bridge right outside the property gate - and buy from the local vendors that sell items there. I do have two recommendations for improvement: 1. Install "inside" locks in each villa. A guy restocking our bar walked into our room without knocking nor announcing himself. The villa doors open outward so if you are having any kind of personal moment, you will be exposed if someone walks in unannounced. Thank God my husband was in the villa with me because I was in the shower at the time. Honestly, I was on edge the remainder of our stay and made my husband move the club chair in front of the door whenever we were in the room - especially overnight. I ALWAYS felt safe, but I didn't want to be exposed in any way. 2. Upgrade the villa bath towels. The bathroom, along with the entire property, is definitely luxury but the towels are lacking. It may seem like a small/picky thing to some, but not for this level of property. Bottomline, this stay was magnificent, and we definitely hope to return in the near future. Go! You will NOT be disappointed. Read less

Amazing views, luxurious rooms with room service, beach service (they will bring your drinks to you in the water!), excellent food and the best bartenders make for a 5 star trip that will leave you wanting to return again and again. I can’t say enough great things about this resort or the people that have become friends. Read less

This is our third time in Antigua but our first at Hammock Cove. Loved the food loved the relaxed vibe! The room was clean and very comfortable. Brittania our server went out of her way to look out for us! It’s too bad she was on not our ambassador she would make a great one. She made out feel very welcome!

We are returning customers to the hotel after visiting a few years ago during the pandemic. Service standards were as good as the first visit and the staff are all very friendly and happy to assist you. We ate at bistro for breakfast half the time and the other half we had it brought to our room. Lunch we ordered humous and pitta . For Dinner we went to the lighthouse twice and the rest of the time we had dinner in our room from the room service menu. It was nice to go to the lighthouse but we also came to completely chill out and make the most of our villa and plunge pool. We had a water front villa, and wow , to wake up to that every morning was stunning. The room service food was outstanding ! We preferred this food to the lighthouse meals. I work in the catering industry as a Project Manager so I have a wealth of experience in dining and food quality. The quality of the food served at the bistro and the room service meals were some of our best meals we’ve had in the Caribbean before. Don’t get me wrong, we do like a bit of fine dining , but the food did not blow us away at the lighthouse. We will return in the future for a 3rd visit without a doubt. Thank you to Sheldon who was our Ambassador, and to Del and Nigel too. I can’t remember the bar ladies name but she made wonderful drinks and had a beautiful singing voice too. It’s a very professional set up here , with very good staff. I suspect the managers choose to look after the staff to have a high retention . We have found that at some of the other hotels on the island , the staff can be a bit overworked and grumpy, and I don’t blame them. We met the owner during our first visit but did not get a chance to see him this time. He was very polite and thanked us for staying. We are from the U.K. but did not meet any other travellers from England , they were all from the USA , and very friendly. May have been the time of year we came. That didn’t matter to us. See you again soon Hammock Cove. Read less
