Travelled with my best friend looking for some r&r - first impressions - resort is large, beaches stunning. the view from reception exceeded expectations. Food was varied and wholesome, plenty of sun loungers. Accommodation basic yet clean. Felt safe at all times. Would definitely return back .

We found the resort very clean and the staff seemed to really enjoy their work. Fenton was especially helpful in getting the sports equipment ready each day. There was music accompanying dinner every evening. Overall we had a great experience. Read less

Perfect place if you want some peace and quiet. Only 30 minutes from the airport. Very attentive staff, from the moment they collected us from the airport. Reception has one of the greatest views of the Hawksbill rock. What a welcome from all of the reception staff. We had a garden bungalow, which for us was perfect, set back from everyone else. Air conditioning was tip top, with two ceiling fans to boot!! Food was great, varied, fresh and plentiful. If you want to eat, you can do from 7am pretty much until 10pm. Loads of food!! Drinks, whatever you want!! just ask David, Errol, Dalston, Carina, or any of the bar staff, they make wonderful cocktails!! The beaches are beautiful, just be a bit careful when entering the water as there is a bit of a ledge, but once you are in... wow!! Best sunsets in the world!! Don't forget to lose your pants on Eden beach!! I know I did!! Saving up hard to get back as soon as possible!! Love you Hawksbill!! Read less

My only complaint is lack of counter space to put things on so it was a bit cluttered. Could of used more privacy too as you would have to close curtains for that. Pool was stunning, all the beaches were great. I snorkelled at two of them. Best is Eden Beach where we spent alot of time snorkelling and watching the pigs. If you like animals and nature this is the resort. Food was great and entertainment low key but good. The reason I gave it a four star is the lack of acknowledgement for my husbands 65th birthday. I emailed them to tell them and to request a king bed which we did not get, no big deal. But we always go to Jamaica and get treated well for all our celebrations. I guess guest services and reservation don't communicate. He never even got a happy birthday and had to sit and watch in the dining room while others got a special table and champagne. and a happy birthday. I am turning 60 next year and will not be celebrating here but it wil not stop me from going back as I had an excellent time but for celebrations would go elsewhere. Read less
