180 rooms on up to 3 floors in 11 buildings. All with air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, telephone, tea/coffee maker, in-room fridge, safe, and hairdryer. Pool Terrace Rooms have garden views from a private balcony or patio. Rooms with 1 king-size or queen-size, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Ocean View Rooms are set back in the hillside and overlooking the resort, offering fabulous sea views from the private patio/balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults (these rooms are not suitable for guests with walking difficulties).
Premium Ocean View Rooms have panoramic views of the resort/ocean from a private balcony, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.
Beachfront Rooms are located right on the beach and have a communal balcony or private patio, and feature either 1 king-size bed or twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults.
Tropical Waterfront Rooms are set on the water’s edge and feature private patio or balcony offering exquisite views of Long Bay, with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.
Chairman Suites are split-level suites, perched at the top of the resort. They have separate living and dining areas and kitchenette, bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower and a double-length balcony with panoramic views.
Golf car shuttles to transport guests to their rooms and around the resort. Shuttle service available across to sister hotel The Veranda Resort & Spa. Daily shuttle to St Johns*, and weekly shuttle to Shirley Heights* are also available from the resort.
Topaz (breakfast and lunch buffets, and a combination of buffet and à la carte dinner, just steps away from the beach). Chef Pietro's (à la carte Italian specialities in a spectacular Caribbean beachside setting, open 3 nights per week, reservations required). A USD$350 pre-authorisation will be processed on the credit card at check-in to cover for any incidental purchases or similar expenses. Food and beverages were excellent, we ate at both of the a la cartes as well as a visit to The Verandah for dinner - and enjoyed the couple of nights at the buffet. No issues getting reservations. We found staff very friendly and attentive with beach service and dining and bar experiences. Improvements should be made to the entertainment situation in the evenings - it would not take a lot for Elite to hire some real talent to perform between 7-10 pm. Most nights we left as nothing started before 9 pm and when it did start it was poor. A minor annoyance that they have a daily surcharge yet only do housekeeping every other day. Also a refillable water bottle and filling the bar fridge with soft drinks and water would have been nice. This is a great resort with great staff and with a few minor adjustments could be a fantastic. We would definitely return.

Went to PBC in November with friends. This is far from a 4 star experience. The staff was great, however, management was lackluster, food was not quality (breakfast buffet was decent). Resort needs a complete revamp. Beautiful location, beautiful pools, beach amazing. But if you're looking for a nice resort, this is not it.
