If you are looking for a true relaxing vacation this is your place!! Amazing ammenities, tons of food and bar options. Daily activities. Clean and most friendly and accommodating staff! Rooms are standard and clean. Very quiet. Food was delicious even the buffet was really good and I’m not always a fan of resort buffets. Each night was a different theme for buffet dinner. Restaurants do require reservations. And don’t miss the Outhouse for lunch. Stunning views and delicious BBQ food. The beach was breathtaking. The resort is kept up and always clean. All sorts of different activities during the day and night entertainment. Cannot express how beautiful and relaxing our stay was we will definitely be back! Read less

This was our first visit to this property and we loved the size and location. The beach is one of the nicest we've been at with easy access from our Gardenview room. Food and beverages were excellent, we ate at both of the a la cartes as well as a visit to The Verandah for dinner - and enjoyed the couple of nights at the buffet. No issues getting reservations. We found staff very friendly and attentive with beach service and dining and bar experiences. Improvements should be made to the entertainment situation in the evenings - it would not take a lot for Elite to hire some real talent to perform between 7-10 pm. Most nights we left as nothing started before 9 pm and when it did start it was poor. A minor annoyance that they have a daily surcharge yet only do housekeeping every other day. Also a refillable water bottle and filling the bar fridge with soft drinks and water would have been nice. This is a great resort with great staff and with a few minor adjustments could be a fantastic. We would definitely return. Read less

Went to PBC in November with friends. This is far from a 4 star experience. The staff was great, however, management was lackluster, food was not quality (breakfast buffet was decent). Resort needs a complete revamp. Beautiful location, beautiful pools, beach amazing. But if you're looking for a nice resort, this is not it.

Should be 4.5 out of 5 - well nobody’s perfect! So why 3? Pickle Ball that’s why. Loud, boring, rude, obnoxious older Americans (mainly female) on tour with their arrogant younger coaches. They left a trail of destruction and redefined the concept of Ugly Americans. Always shouting, never queuing, rude to staff they came within a whisker of ruining our hard earned holiday. The day after they left was like entering a different resort where peace, tranquility, adult behaviour and like minded co-existence ruled. So I urge you to research and don’t plan to come here when there is a pickle ball tournament. Read less

All of the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The food was fantastic at every location, from the coffee shop to the buffet and up the hill at The Outhouse. Plenty of fun activities to do on site or excursions out or just enjoy the beach, the sea or any of the bars. The wife and I have made lots of friends and will definitely be going back as soon as we can. I doubt we'll be booking anywhere other than The Pineapple Beach Club in Antigua. Read less
