We booked a stay here on return from Sandals Gt. Exuma, we checked out after eighteen long hours, could not stand it any longer. better to lose money than your sanity. The blaring boom boom noise was everywhere until the early hours, could not even hear the receptionist, had it not been 9pm we would have gone elsewhere. This place makes it's money hosting hundred of young kids from the US who come here to get hammered. The age limit here is 18 compared to 21 in US, though a member of staff told me they have seen 15 year olds totally off their heads. Nassau has now become the go to area for US students in their hundreds to drink until they drop, so sad it was a lovely elegant city in the past. Breezes are more than happy for them to be their main clientele, we did see a few older guests looking tired and bewildered. The food offered is quantity over quality, pig swill and basically inedible to any discerning guest, the wine choice is either white or red undrinkable, their regular clientele seem unfazed by this. The coffee jugs are white stained dirty brown, the so called juice is colouring with saccharin, not a croissant in sight just cheap nasty stuff, feed the masses as cheaply as you can style. The bed has cheap bedding lumpy ancient pillows and no sheet, towels are tiny grey and see through threadbare, vintage shower with no hot water. No shower gel or body wash, only one chair in the room. Floor so dirty I had to bin my socks. The 'music' (I use the term loosely) unbearable noise level until the early hours, the out of control half naked kids running along the corridors etc all night totally hammered. Elegant classy Bahamas???? more US off shore underage behave how you like, drinking den. It is a cheap downscale hotel who are not fussy about their type of guests or their behaviour. We will not return and will advice others to avoid this place like the plague that it is. We realised when we left Sandals Gt. Exuma to come here that we would have to lower our expectations at Breezes, what we were not prepared for was actually how low! Read less

This resort is middling to fair. The rooms are adequate but lack any charging infrastructure. For example, there is no where to plug in next to one's bed. I had to charge my laptop in the bathroom. The taxi for four people was $36+tip from the port. The water sports were closed for the day. The beach and water were beautiful. The water was swarming with tiny, clear jellyfish that stung like ten hornets. Yes, my daughter was stung after ten minutes in the water so that ended water time. The cabana butler did not come around often. The pool… Read more

The water was swarming with tiny, clear jellyfish that stung like ten hornets. Yes, my daughter was stung after ten minutes in the water so that ended water time. The cabana butler did not come around often. The pool was nice and the food was good. The total cost was $420.00 + taxi coming and going. I was charged over $50.00 as a “deposit “ on line to be told on getting there that was a charge from a second party and would not apply to the cost. So a lot of money spent for what we could have gotten on the ship. Only positive at Breezes is the employees. They were the nicest most helpful people. Read less

This resort is outdated, during the day all we saw was the pool bar open and drinks were not that great. It says it offer a swim up bar but in reality you have to get out the pool to get your drinks. Bartenders would not come around to serve you while you are in the water. Mind you is a “swim up bar” it really isn’t. We didn’t stay long, we were very disappointed, hotel looks ghetto. Yes, surrounding was clean but as I mentioned hotel looks old. Hotel pool towels were old. They should have better drinks serve at the bar. Snack bar was serving good finger food. Ex: Burgers, fríes, wings, salad etc. This place has so much potential but it slacking attention. Not to mention I got stung by a Jellyfish. And I wasn’t the only one. Hotel needs maintenance!!! my friend and I stayed here for a week and we had a great time for the amount we spent. we had complete access to food and drinks for free since it was all inclusive. our room was nice, the resort is along the beach, and the pool was great. but here is my biggest suggestion to anyone looking to stay here: LOOK UP WHEN GRADCITY WEEK IS!!!!!!! my friend and I were completely unaware of the fact that there was an infestation of 18 year olds who just graduated high school and were there to harass the bartenders since they were actually of age to drink. although we made the most of our time there (which a great deal was spent in the piano bar because it is for people 25+ so everyone hid from the teens in there) had we known that it was grad week, we would have most likely stayed somewhere else. however, we did really enjoy the food options and the drinks. for two girls in their early 20s, this was a really great place for us. we loved going back and forth from the pool to the beach all day. they have a beach grill right by the pool with great options for lunch or an early dinner. we LOVED their fries!! those hit different forreal. everyone who worked at the resort was very kind. we pretty much befriended most of them. pro tip: befriend the bartenders cause theyll just start handing ya shots!!!!! the resort does require masks when you go to the buffet or restaurants. this was no issue for my friend and i, but if you are an anti-masker then this might not be the place for you LOL but security was ON IT with that as well. they had to yell at many teens about it, but i appreciated that they were looking out for our health and safety. there is also security all over the beach, but again, they made us feel safe. we befriended a guy who got very drunk on the beach and security came over to check on us to make sure we were okay with him being there. which we absolutely were okay with, but it was good to know that had it not been a good situation, they were there to make sure we were okay.
