This is a lovely hotel with a small private beach. While on the beach you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. It is very close to everything! The restaurant/bar has music every night, good drinks and I found it quite fun.

Wonderful central location. Helpful friendly staff. Beautifully kept property. Lovely beach and pool areas. Very quiet and relaxed. Gorgeous ocean view and the comings and goings of the cruise ships from our room. We were unaware of the $100 deposit per day until check in but were aware of the resort fee. The only thing I wish were made available that the hotel lacked off was lack of food at night. With all the food services close early outside the hotel, and the restaurant only opened till 11 or 12am, there were no source of food or even water to buy. You just had to wait until the next morning to buy snacks at the cafe. If the hotel had a 24/7 cafe shop open, or even a vending machine on each floor, I would definitely would have enjoyed this hotel even more. Read less

Had to travel downstairs to advise matter of concern 2) only mirrors in bathroom - none in any other room 3) insufficient electrical outlets 4) why no microwave? 5) why no blanket? Otherwise our stay was nice. Beautiful location, rooms and staff… Read more

Excellent experience once we arrived at the hotel. However, my one complaint will be that it is difficult getting Front Desk on the line to make inhouse inqueries. We arrived at 9:00 AM and had to wait until 4:00 PM for a room to be available. While in Freeport, Grand Bahama I tried reaching them to no avail. We enjoyed our stay nontheless and… Read more
