Service was wonderful. The noodle bar should be advertised more it was the best sushi we have ever had, and watching them make the food was great. The service desk is my only negative, not the staff who checks you in, they were polite and knowledgeable. It was the desk when we wanted to do a short tour of the area. The service desk is my only negative, not the staff who checks you in, they were polite and knowledgeable. It was the desk when we wanted to do a short tour of the area. We were told to hire a taxi or ask the guys at the front door. They left us really no options so we used the tours by the cruise ship port. It was not a great experience. The pool and grounds are well maintained with lots of seating areas. The beach has more than enough loungers as do the pools. I would book again. Read less

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were shocked to discover that our room was not ready for check-in until 9 PM, despite the confirmed check-in time of 4 PM. This delay significantly inconvenienced us as we had planned our day around the earlier check-in time. Furthermore, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was dried blood on the bathroom floor, which was not only unsanitary but also extremely distressing to discover. Despite our efforts to address this with the hotel staff, no satisfactory action was taken to resolve this issue promptly. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was malfunctioning. It would not cool below 78 degrees Fahrenheit, despite our repeated attempts to adjust it. We contacted the front desk for assistance, and despite their assurances that the AC was functioning properly, we were left uncomfortable and unable to sleep due to the excessive heat throughout the night. Compounding these issues, we had to leave the hotel at 6:30 AM for an early connecting flight, leaving us with minimal time to utilize the room that we had paid for in advance. This situation deprived us of the restful stay that we expected and paid for. Read less

Check in was seamless though room was not ready but its okay as they advertized check in at 4pm. We grab a quick bite down the street and Shantiqua ( spelling) was kind enough to hold our bags . This hotel is above 5 stars- Kyle our housekeeper was so efficient and friendly ,Fredrick and Brutus such kind spirits and professional. We grab coffee every morning and a quick salad. For lunch , we mostly went downtown Nassau. My son love the pool and he did not want to leave. They have a sister property at Margarita ville - had the best massage and she was amazing. Above and Beyond - we will be back in October :) Read less

Though the hotel is nicely updated and clean, they did miss on several details that impacted my experience. The biggest issue was the A/C as they do not guarantee that the A/C will on overnight.
