Where do I begin, well, if you enjoy being ripped off this is the place for you. I’ve stayed at all inclusive resorts with much better quality and service. Xcaret for example is 100 times better. I enjoyed nothing at this resort, and nowhere in the fine print did it say I would be sharing a room with ants. This place should be out of business… Read more

Very, very expensive to be here. Food crazy prices, bottle of sunscreen $40 dollars. Extra charge for multiple pools, $500 min for table at bar. $17 cocktails, $15 bottles of water by pool. We are financially comfortable, but this resort is really way too much for our family of 5. Spending rest of week at Atlantis. It’s like a bargain compared to… Read more

I celebrated my birthday at this resort this past weekend. This is not an all inclusive resort, but in my opinion is worth EVERY penny. This resort was beyond amazing. There is something to do for every age. There is a casino, Waterpark, cigar bar, jazz bar, weight room, spa, shopping, restaurants, tennis, miniature golf, basketball and a club!!… Read more

There is something to do for every age. There is a casino, Waterpark, cigar bar, jazz bar, weight room, spa, shopping, restaurants, tennis, miniature golf, basketball and a club!! The grounds are manicured and well kept. The rooms are nice and clean as well. There are so many hidden places to sit and unwind. You can even sign up for cooking classes. There are several food trucks on the beach. There is a nightly water show as well.I loved this place so much I planning on celebrating my husband's birthday here next year with a group. You won't be disappointed if you visit this resort. Read less

We were expecting high prices when we decided to join our daughter and family on this vacation. We had checked out the menus ahead of time but what we were not expecting was to be charged more than the posted menus online and in person. It was almost an everyday occurrence. The worst was at Cafe Madeleine at dinner. I had Moroccon tajine that had posted outside the restaurant was $24 or$36 with choice of salmon, chicken, shrimp. I asked for the salmon and they said it was $16 extra on the charge of $36. So I got cold coucous for $36, no meat. Young people working there at night so they couldnt do anything about it. Happened at sugar factory on classic waffle ordered by 4 yr old. Menu handed said $15 but was charged $18. The price had changed but didnt bother to change the menu yet. Also happened at streetbird on the beach. Calypso fritters on the truck said $12, was charged $14. Happened numerous times. So bad for a 5* hotel. Everyday there was something not replaced in our room however when we called they promptly brought it up. The only place I can give kudos to was Swimming Pig. Excellent service, waiters were great both times and food portions were enourmous and reasonably priced. A bottle of beer here is $11.25usd with vat and sc. We had asked the cab driver to stop at liquor store on the way here and paid $3 per bottle. Just a tip. Read less
