We had an Awesome time in Cabana 41 with “Smiley” & the Ladies who assisted him…They gave us excellent service & was attentive to our needs & The Drinks were great…I left my phone charger & he searched the area until he found us to return it …We will definitely come again…Thank you for your service “Smiley”

We were at the wave pool cabana. Our host and server “smiley”was awesome. He took such good care of us! The other Cabana host did not miss a beat either. The entire group made sure we were ok. The frozen drinks were awesome. Great great great ! Thanks Smiley

nice suite room. but everything is expensive and over charge. beach is nice. im from texas i love this island for a short flight but man this place charge u for every little thing. i rather go cancun 👏👏👏 taxi prices r crazy expensive. food here not even that great.

Ro Ro was excellent! Took great care of us with a smile on her face! 818 was the only place you could get service at Baha Bay! Everything else was not great service but she was excellent! A smile and good service goes a long way. Thanks so much Ro Ro!

I can not say enough about the amazing experience we have had here. Miguel and Tamika aka Momma Bear turned a horrible flight nightmare into an unforgettable trip. We will never forget this and will come back every year! I highly recommend!! 5 +++++ stars ⭐️
