Leann from the beach club was one of the best hotel concierge/employees I have ever dealt with. She not only treated my family and I first class but even remembered the following day was my wife’s birthday after briefly mentioning it! Of you stay at Baha Mar please see Leann at the Beach Club!

Jasmine was our server poolside and she was fantastic. She was attentive, with a great personality and sense of humor. She helped make our day great. Poolside further west is a great view and pretty secluded. Food and drink poolside is excellent as well.
