Give them a raise because without them Atlantis is just a bunch of buildings. Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating Great place to relax, especially in the pandemic

I felt safe from the pandemic while here even though I was told by media the Bahamas were not advisable. I'm glad I didn't listen. Overall a great stay. There were minor issues with the room, but staff are VERY accommodating. Food was excellent, except for Frankie's Gone Bananas - quite disappointing in quality and menu options - we ordered ribs and 12 inch Bohemian lobster tails for everyone, and when they arrived, the lobster tails were two six inch reef lobster tails, small, dry, overdone. Server and assistant manager's responses were not transparent nor honest. It turned a wonderful day at Atlantis into a big disappointment. Luckily, everything else about the trip, fun with family, relaxation...was wonderful. We extended our day two days and were glad we did. Read less

This was our third or fourth trip to the Atlantis, and it’s always a pleasure being here. Stayed with family at the Cove - nice spacious suite with balcony facing the ocean, and a large bathroom. Housekeeping was exceptional as always. Water park is amazing for kids all ages, and adults. Between the countless pools, lazy river, Leap of Faith, and all the other rides, it keeps everyone busy during the day. Staff by the pools is attentive and friendly. We also did paddle boarding at the facility’s lagoon. Unfortunately snorkeling here was closed when we visited, otherwise that is also an excellent activity while you’re here. Plenty of dining options during the day and evening. If you’re staying at the Cove, Mosaic has a phenomenal buffet breakfast spread with 2 omelet stations and fresh pancakes station. For dinner, we dined at Nobu, ChopStix, and Olives. All excellent experiences - good food, drinks menu, and service. Didn’t get a chance to try Carmine’s. Just remember that the facility is not cheap. Everything is super expensive. As an estime, whatever you’re paying for the room, prepare to spend approximately a similar amount for food during your stay. Read less

We have enjoyed the Cove for many years and this year did not disappoint. Beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. Make sure you visit the bar at Sip Sip and ask for Raymond. He will take your stay over the top!
