Some were exceptional and deserve further recognition, including, Ian and Dwight (wait staff), Michelle (housekeeping staff), Skinner (resort doorman) and Valerie (pool attendant staff). The above named employees really ensured our stay was safe, comfortable and memorable. Thank you to you all! While I would totally recommend the resort to other potential guests, the property needs some upgrading. The bathrooms are outdated, very small and lack proper ventilation. The housekeeping staff do a great job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, but without adequate air circulation throughout the room, it’s easy for mildew and rust to appear on furniture. Overall, it was a great experience! Again, thank you to all of the staff - you’ve helped to make my birthday special! Read less

My husband and I flew to the Bahamas and stayed at the Warwick at Paradise Island for 4 days to celebrate my bday. This place is very special. Our room attendant was Ms. Michelle W. (Chelle),. She is an amazing soul with a smile that brightens your day. Everytime Ms. Chelle sees you, she greets you as if you're a family member. You feel as if you are back home as a child. Ms. Chelle kept the spacious room clean and cluttered free. Ms. Michelle P, is a neighboring room attendant serving on the same floor as Michelle W. If you happened to sneaked back upstairs, Ms. Michelle P. made sure to say hello and wished you off to enjoy a good day. I could not thank these two ladies enough for their superb quality service. Oh, and did I mention that Ms. Chelle, left a birthday surprise on my bed?? A beautiful note, red rose petals, and a towel design. And of course, a white glove serviced room. She definitely have the magic touch. The spa's front desk staff (Ms. Linda or Lydia- I wished I could remember her name.) had a beautiful smile. She also celebrated my birthday starting with a cool sip, peppermint steam bath, and a warm peppermint hand towel, which I laid on my forehead and chest, and also wrapped the cloth around my neck and hands. And just as I thought things could not be better. Here comes, Ms. Santia, who greeted and escorted me to an enchanted spa room. Once she laid hands on my body I can not tell you what actually happened afterwards. I was on cloud Warwick. Santia was simply amazing from my head to my toes. [Holley 11/2023] Read less

The check-in process was smooth and seamless. The concierge was very helpful and informative about planning activities on and off the resort, and the food, atmosphere, and overall vibe was unmatched! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Matthew and Elly, who are staff members at Verandah, the buffet/dining hall. They both immediately recognized that my boyfriend and I are a same-sex couple, and they made us feel so welcome. Each day, as they waited on our table, they would check on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and they gave us some great suggestions on things to do around the island! Overall, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while staying at a resort! Would highly recommend! Read less

However, it is worth noting that we were not aware that we would have to pay an additional $20 per person per day upon arrival on top of what we paid via expedia. While we had a few hiccups during the stay, Lewis was wonderful and went above and beyond to make it right and make sure we had a comfortable experience. We really appreciate Lewis and his commitment to our experience. The room was comfortable, food and drinks were excellent and high quality, and we really enjoyed taking the shuttle bus to Cabbage beach, the bike tour, tennis, volleyball, and ping pong. We hope to be back! Read less

This hotel/resort is great. Very low key and peaceful! Adults only and weekly planned activities everyday. The food is awesome and about 95% all inclusive! The staff were amazing, seems like everyone was really nice. I must say, it’s not like the mad house of Atlantis with the high end shops, etc, but why go to a mad house 24-7, when you stay here and walk 7 minutes (or taxi) to the mad house and come back to relaxation and a great over the top harbor view of the water. You can also see the Ocean as it opens up to the side where you’ll get a dose of free morning sun risings. One of the things that aren’t mentioned much is, this hotel actually has sand beach like area on the property looking towards the harbor. It has a 2 outside jacuzzi areas, a gigantic circular unheated pool area to swim in, but also has a tucked away heated pool to the side. We stayed in room 815 and couldn’t have gotten a better spot to stay!!!! Hotel does provide free public beach shuttle service where the jet skis, etc. are. Read less
