We had pre booked this resort as part of a package and paid the money upfront. However, upon arrival at the resort we landed an additional bill of over 500 Barbadian dollars. This cost is made up of hidded charges one of which is the cost for use of energy in the resort. You are given only one key per suite which are quite poor. Only the bedroom has aircon and this is controlled with the key. So there is no cooling for anytime you are out of the suite. The living room was hot and vey uncomfortable because the fans are old and inefficient. Some suites have been refurbished with aircon in the living room and the bedsroom. However, it only works with the key and because you are given only one key, it can only work in the room you are using. If you go out then the suite is like a suana upon your return. There were days and times in the day when the bar did not open and the restaurant on site, although served excellent and tasty food, was very expensive. Except for one person at reception, one in the restaurant (Veronica) and the only one caretaker of the entire property, all other staff were miserable and very unhelful. There was a site manager who never looked you in the eye or wanted to know how your stay was. The manager Soni Kessuram when she made an appearance mid way of our stay, was charming. It would greatly improve the resort if she was around more often especially at check-in time. The resort is not quite on the beach but a walk away, which during July/August is very uncomfortable, hot and humid. The same goes for the local supermarket and the local boutique shops, bars and restaurants of Holetown; these are not only a few minutes walk away but a good 10/15 minutes walk. The regular shuttle bus is also misleading as it was only available for a short period in the day and only through prior arrangement. There was absolutely no time keeping; we booked the shuttle one day for 2:00 pm and it cam at 2:45 pm. The shuttle service ended at 4:00 pm!! Excersions and taxis are expensive but driving is easy so hiring a car is a better option. You can get accommodation that is on the beach (and there are many resorts/hotels) which may probably cost less than the All Seasons Resort Europa. When booking, ensure there are no hidden costs when you get there!! Read less

Stayed here last December and am hoping to return this year. I booked a garden suite and the rooms are extremely large with private garden and sunbeds. The patio was so relaxing and spacious that I loved sitting out in the evening with a glass of something chilled and a book. Rooms are very well equipped so after a day on the beach, and late afternoon by the pool I never felt the need to venture out. Hotel security staff patrol the area in the evening, and as I was alone, this was reassuring. Masseys supermarket is 10 minutes away and open daily, if you shop carefully you can still eat well on a budget. The complex is in a residential area and it was nice to be in a quiet, non touristic part of the island. The nearest beach 10 minutes walk, has plenty of natural shade so you do not need to pay for sunbed hire. The local bus service is frequent, and you can easily hop on and go to other beaches, or Bridgetown. Everyone was super friendly, and there is a well stocked library on site. For privacy and relaxation I would recommend a garden suite. I had air conditioning included, but in December it was not so hot, so did not always use it. Very relaxing holiday. Read less

Room was bitterly hot and management wants to dictate the use of air conditioner. You are not supposed to adjust it under a certain level. So, it only cools off the bedroom. The kitchen, living room, and dining doesn’t cool. Hotel doesn’t pay direct TV bill properly, while watching TV, multiple alerts come across the screen about service being cut out off soon due to non payment. And the worst part, the bugs, ants everywhere, even in the cupboards. I complained and management offered to spray pesticides while I’m there, crazy! Hotel doesn’t look like management pictures. No beach in site. Shuttle to beach only twice a day and be prepared to pay $20USD for chair and umbrella. Stay somewhere else! Read less

My stay at All Seasons from July 7th to 14th, 2019 was relaxing and memorable. My 2 children and I were treated like Royalty by the staff and both Management and staff literally went out of their way to ensure that every day of our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. I wish it was longer, because it got nicer with each day. It's not a 5 star resort, but the hospitality of the staff belongs in a 5 star resort. The luxurious interior of the few newly upgraded rooms indicate that the resort has the right idea of how things should look and feel, so it's just a matter of time before all the other rooms, walkways, entrances, entire exterior, are upgraded to satisfy everyone who checks in I'm betting. They're on the right track! I say Thank you to Mr. Julian Skeete the Assistant Manager and staff for finding solutions for challenges which even 5 star resorts face; the ability to come up with a viable solution to satisfy the customer and treat everyone with dignity, is the key. I give a thumbs up to All Season as it gets better. Growth is exciting. Read less
