6th Stay at All Seasons Resort. Holetown and this resort perfectly fit need for a quiet and relaxing break and recovery from the British winter. The staff add the relaxed atmosphere with their friendly and helpful approach, there have been a few changes in recent years ,the attitude of the new staff are as good. The location in being just 15 mins walk from Massy is great and 5 mins from the Excellent Coffebean coffee shop make it even better. Restaurants nearby are excellent , ranging from the cheap Just Grillin to expensive Tides . Would recommend walking a bit further to the HornyRam which is near Folkestone Marine Park , just a 25 min walk. Rooms are large and spacious, recently been updated , but would ask management to keep maintenance up to date , eg the hot and humid weather means that grout in the shower needs more constant update. The pool is clean and great size for a swim or cool down , but is now in need of some refurbishment as it looks tired. .the same for the area around the pool . Having no doubt spent large sums on refurbishment of the rooms I would suggest that this should be management’s next focus. An onsite coin operated laundry would also be a good addition as you are always needing to wash clothes due to the heat ! So if you are coming there are facilities to get someone to do you laundry for you , but no self service either at resort or in holetown . In summary, would recommend highly to anyone looking for a quiet location and great value for money. Read less

Excellent and friendly staff. Food is great!! Nice get away for couples and family. Rooms were clean, had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend anyone to stay there. However, may need a hire car as transportation but they do provide taxi as well. Great stay!!

It’s a budget hotel. On the plus side our semidetached bungalow was spacious, newly renovated and spotlessly clean. the large bed was comfortable. The kitchen equipment is basic . The reception staff are very friendly and the pool is good to swim in. The downside for us was that the air con (which is only in the bedroom) was inadequate, it’s set at 27 degrees and can’t be altered. that’s not cool enough as the nights are hot. The fan in the living/dining/ kitchen was weak, it was too hot to sit inside. There is no fan on the terrace. Our main complaint is the music blasting out by the pool - on 2 mornings it was gospel music and during the daily happy hour (4 to 6pm) it was a disco/reggae mashup. It was turned down at other times. The bar is basic and badly lit, the rum punch weak ! Having said all that there were some very happy customers staying there so we fully accept that it is paradise for some, just not for us ! Read less
