What should we say??? The food is really not worth what is asked for. We treated ourselves to room service today. A caprese, cesar salad and fries. For an incredible 85BBD I lost my faith when I had 3 half cherry tomatoes and 4 slices of mozzarella on my plate! Really? Fries that were cold and a cesar salad that was ok. For 85BBD??? The staff who delivered was very unfriendly and we also had to wait at the beach bar which is not really hospitable. It's a shame when you pay 3200USD for a week just for the hotel. We wonder if Hilton only has a 3 star standard worldwide. Every person on the street is more friendly and smiling than the staff here. Probably underpaid! I myself worked for Hilton in Switzerland and we should NEVER have allowed ourselves something like this. Think about whether you have to rip people off like that. Read less

We loved the location, the staff, the pools. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Contrary to more local eating facilities, the bar pours were small and expensive. The food was delicious. Just plan on spending more than you may have thought. Pool towels are provided. The bathroom is relatively roomy--separate shower and tub, but the lighting… Read more

Then it took forever to put the order in and then another hour for the food to arrive! When I called out one of the waitresses for ignoring us and not taking our order after saying repeatedly I’ll be there in a sec, she was really rude with me. That’s not acceptable behavior from staff with the guests. Food and drinks are average and overpriced! In addition they add a service charge to all the check of 10% but still expect a tip for their terrible and slow service! Read less

This hotel could be great. But as with most large corporations, profitability is all that is important. It’s simple - this hotel wants to take as much money from you as possible and make its costs as low as possible to line the pockets of the fat cats in the USA. Please do not support this. The staff are not happy, this is obvious from the moment you arrive. They are no doubt paid far too low a salary. There are not enough staff, if you need anything from reception, be prepared to wait 30mins. If you want to go for a swim in the pool, don’t expect a towel to be available - they don’t supply enough clean towels to last more than a few hours. The same goes for the gym, I went at 7:15am and there were no sweat towels available, all 7 or 8 people in the gym were similarly frustrated by this. The sun loungers on the beach are the exact same ones that have been there for the last 5 years or so, they are dirty, tatty and breaking up. The hot tub has an ‘out of order’ sign - most people will think this is temporary but I know this has been the case for at least 18months. This hotel could be so lovely but it is poorly managed at the highest level - the leadership team should be disappointed with themselves for this and recommend you look elsewhere. Read less

Lovely hotel, not really for kids, location ver isolated for less able bodied people to eat out. Food our biggest disappointment felt like fast food no real taste or TLC in beach restaraunt rum run and lighthouse.
