The beach bar is brilliant - the hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very specious and extremely clean with comfy beds. Would definitely stay again. Please don't be put off by bad reviews - this place is great. Read less

Lunch , Dinner: definitely they need to work on that . Everyday same lunch and dinner is very disappointing . The worse part I would say is the fact you can't swim in front of hotel , dirty and very rocky, so you need to walk 500M to Hilton or next door at Sugar Bay hotel . For us with no kids was okay but imagine you can't move your sun lounger and can't use the bar Read less

We have just returned from the most amazing holiday we’ve ever had, we’ve been to Australia, St Lucia, Florida, Dominican Republic as well has Spain numerous times and this is the best of the lot. We stayed for 12 nights, myself, my wife and 2 children aged 18 and 16. We were all inclusive in the Pool View Suite. The room was perfect, my wife and had the four poster bed upstairs (with bathroom) and my daughter had the double sofa bed and my son had the single bed which the amazing staff had put in prior to our arrival. The pools outside the rooms we nicknamed “the lazy river” as you could just casually swim around it, the main pool itself was smaller than what we had been used to but I think this added to how special it was because it meant you got to know the staff and other guests more than you would do if we were in a larger place with more pools. The pool bar was very popular indeed. Speaking of the staff, I can honestly say, we have never met such an amazing group of people. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always very courteous and polite and they are always happy with a smile on their face. This can be said of the rest of Barbadian people, so friendly and kind. We especially would like to thank Shem, Miguel, Annalis and Shanacko for looking after us!! Please pass on our thanks to them. The food was varied and delicious and as for the alcohol, well, there was lots starting with Rum Punch on check in. The Monday beach Barbecue was amazing. We went to look at the horses do their training in the water, about a 5 minute walk away. Carlisle Bay is about 15 minute walk away and is just beautiful. I can’t praise the Barbadian people enough and we are in love with Island. We will definitely return. I don’t want to go anywhere else in future. Thank You Read less

Incredible location, on the beach & easily accessible to other areas of the island on the reggae bus or reception will arrange reasonably priced taxis. Always loungers by the pool or beach at anytime of day. Other than the dream location & perfect weather what really makes this holiday is the staff! Never have I been to a hotel with staff as helpful and friendly as these guys. They go out of their way to make your holiday amazing. I can’t name all of them because but special mention to Shem, Miguel, Shaneko & Analis! We will be back to see you soon! Read less
