Fabulous. We had such a lovely holiday here. The team are amazing and make it their job to ensure you are happy. I cannot begin to tell you how much we have enjoyed our time here. Good for veggies and vegans. Amazing for sunsets and cocktails. Brilliant for family holidays. We will definitely be coming back to visit!

Stayed at the sands for our first time in Barbados. Our room was fabulous with a great view of the pool and beyond that the ocean. Bar staff are so polite... Everyone is... Food is fantastic... Compliments to the chefs. In between meals there are bar snacks that are great too.. There's also a fine dining restaurant upstairs called noir.. Visited this twice and the first time went smoothly.. Again food and drink were first class but the second time was a bit of a disaster to the point we were considering walking out and this was because our booking was 8pm so we got there and was seated and asked what we would like to drink.. At 825 I had to ask where our drinks were.... Then at 840 asked again... Not acceptable waiting 40 minutes for a drink whilst the people at other tables were it seemed constantly asking if they would like their glasses topped up!! Apart from this one experience I have no complaints and look forward to going back there one day Read less

Slow and indifferent at reception. Waited for ages. Not very clear about day pass and what this involved. No apology for dealing with other issues whilst trying to sort ours. Drinks plentiful but mediocre. Syrup used in smoothies. No fresh fruit. However lunch was very good. Shenika our waitress was delightful. Very attentive and seemed to enjoy her job and making sure we had everything we wanted. Odessa served our afternoon tea and again helpful and attentive. We would go again however the beach was very cramped. Almost spoiling the sea view. The pool and beds were lovely. The whole complex was very clean. Read less

Just came back from spending an amazing 11 nights at this hotel. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, special mentions to Mikahile at the restaurant, Kemar who organised some great activities and Damien, who made me laugh all the time and provided some dance lessons. The resort is on a fantastic beach, always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas, you just have to be patient for more to be brought out. The room was always clean, and food and drinks excellent. Those who moan about lack of food, you can actually order food in between lunch and dinner, you just have to ask. I would definitely stay here again. Read less

What a lovely chilled holiday. Staff are amazing all fo them but special mention to a great Server Mikayla who went above an beyond. And also Keemar who organised a scuba and mount gay rum trips and fun and games when on the resort. food and drink was excellent Raheem behind the bar made a great number. Views breathtaking. We saw turtles in the sea with us. The resort is super close to both oistins for the fish fry market and Bridgetown. Check out a bar called Tiki Bar too down the road it's immense. You could easily stay in the resort all the time too but why would you? Beautiful county and an amazing base to explore it from. We did a chill day then a trip day alternating and it was perfect to enjoy as much as you can in a 2 week stay. Thank you to all the staff there. Read less
