Can’t fault this hotel or their amazing staff. Before flying out I asked for an upgrade to a pool view and communication was quick & spot on. The room was fantastic with 2 double beds & air con. We was on the 3rd floor so quite a few steps…… if you have mobility issues ask for ground floor as there are no lifts. The pool was clean and plenty of sun beds. We had an issue with our air con on our last night that couldn’t be fixed and instead of leaving us to struggle in the heat within 10 minutes found us a different room where we just grabbed our valuables and tooth brushes and shot along to the new room. They also allowed us to keep our room for slightly longer due to our late collection. I honestly would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. Amigios do fantastic food and the Banks lager is the cheapest we found on our stay (3bbd). Thank you Time Out for helping make our holiday a special one. We will be back Read less

The renovations were very good making the place look very tidy - we were fortunate and had a lovely room 105 with hot water albeit not very powerful. Unfortunately some in our group had no water for days? Amigos was very slow and inconsistent especially at breakfast time .The beers and rum were really cheap but wine was 15bbd for the tiniest of glasses and definitely the worst size and price we have had in a month in the Caribbean. A really nice pool area if the beach is not your thing. All in all though an enjoyable stay at this budget hotel. Read less

Not a disabled friendly hotel I use a mobility scooter as I have MS and recently fractured my hip. There are no lifts in this hotel and when I requested a low floor room I was informed that as we had been booked into an economy room by my travel agent they were all on the upper floors. The only option that they gave me was to upgrade to a deluxe room on the ground floor but would have to pay a supplement. So we had no choice but to pay and if the room they gave us was deluxe room I would hate to see the economy rooms. The room was a reasonable size but the floor was dirty there was a fridge that was unstable and noisy and no toiletries in the bathroom. We were only there for 1 night and think that they could have been more sympathetic. Read less
