Well we here again, and another wonderful holiday behind us. I think this is our sixth time here, which is remarkable considering we never normally go back anywhere! We have stayed in some very high quality hotels all over the world, but this one is special. This is an all-inclusive resort, but do not confuse that with the ordinary all-inclusive resorts that you see throughout the region, this one is very special and the food & beverage are of exceptional quality (even the house wine!) What’s different? Just about everything! The food is amazing, the warmth of welcome is incredible, the facilities and the rooms are impeccably maintained, and nothing is too much trouble for anybody. In my opinion the resort has two very key strengths, firstly, the staff, who are amazing, every member of staff knows your name from the gardeners to the general managers. They are friendly, chatty, attentive and just lovely people, as indeed are most of the people you will meet in Grenada. Our special mentions to Michael, Lynndonna, Shawna & Reannah, but all the staff are lovely. The second point is that the hotel is run by a family and their management team, not a corporation, and from the perspective of a guest it could appear that running a hotel like this is easy! Of course it isn’t, but everything is controlled hands on and managed meticulously to make it appear that way, which is the skill of a very well run organisation/hotel. There are things that you could perhaps fault if you really looked for them, but to do so would be picking fault where there is no fault to be picked. To all intents and purposes this is a faultless operation which delivers a perfect, high quality, five-star experience to the guests. One that you will never forget! The revisiting rates here are some of the highest anywhere.......We will be back again for sure!! Read less

The service is incredible and we were lucky enough to meet the owner who is such a nice person and inviting. The food was comparable to eating at a Michelin star restaurant for every meal! The resort does not have much activities but it is so beautiful and relaxing that having nothing to do for the first time didn't bother my husband and I. I love that the resort is "smallish" so extremely private and secluded. This is one of very few resorts I can see myself returning to every year! Read less

Spice island, this hotel is in a class of its own, stayed for two weeks to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From the greeting on arrival the management and staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room a seagrapes suit was large and opened on to the beach with a seating area with sun loungers and hammock. The mini bar was stocked and refilled ever day with any drinks you liked also tea and coffee making facilities. The food was excellent, breakfast had a cold buffet, pastries, fruit, cereal, cold meats, ,cheese etc and a menu for freshly cooked food choose was you like. Lunch had a good menu with lots of daily changing choice and the dinner menu changes daily the food is top quality, if you want something different at any meal just pre-order and you can have what you like, Also if you still have room afternoon tea is very enjoyable with a choice from the menu. All in all a five star experience you are looked after 24/7 .The beach is lovely with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and the beach service is excellent. Try the spa the Swedish massage was very relaxing. A big thank you to all the management and staff for an excellent unforgettable stay. Read less

While the elegance of the property is immediately evident, the top notch service pulls you in and immediately allows you to exhale and recharge. All the stress you subsides when you are offered their signature cocktail and refreshing scented cold towels. You are immediately taken away and pampered by Sir Royston and his amazing staff. This is how it should be done. Flawless class, elegance and luxury in an intimate setting. Once you've stayed at Spice Island Beach resort, no other resort makes sense! The rooms, the food, the professional service. They put their guests at the center of their attention. That's what a 6 star means. Obviously I highly recommend Spice Island Beach resort! Book now! Third visit, third great experience. Flawless from welcome at front door by Senior Management to reluctant leave after two wonderful weeks. Five star treatment from everyone involved in the hotel. Nothing else to add
