Krishna provided us with a phone number and was always readily available for all of our needs. While Krishna was not the Butler for the entire group, he was always willing to help all of us at any given time. Krishna is an asset to Breathless and should be valued as such. Last but not least Krishna has raised the bar for any future Butler service that we may have received. Read less

Absolutely loved our stay. Butlers Rory and Krishna went above and beyond to provide amazing service. Definitely coming back. Also loved the Breathless beach area as well. It was a great choice and so relaxing.

The first night my room was not cleaned until 7pm despite me asking several times for it to be cleaned. Check in took us over an hour and they were mostly focused on selling excursion instead of allowing us time to settle in. The butler service was trash we barley heard from them and they usually left early for the day. It would be nice to have rotating shifts to have butlers available 24/7 or at least until the evening. Our check in was difficult as our tour operator had not confirmed the booking yet the reception staff worked quickly and professionally to resolve this. WE were found a suitable room and were invited to have lunch whilst this was made ready for us. We checked in around 1.5 hours later and the room was fantastic. luxurious with an amazing view from our balcony. I could go on. All of the food that we had at the resort was outstanding. The staff were all incredibly helpful and just so happy. The entertainment was good both evenings. We really could not have asked for more. THank you Breathless - we will be back! Read less

I had the upgrades package so I got a butler which I was so lucky to have the pleasure of working with Shane and Craig. Both were exceptional. They went above and beyond for us. I truly felt so relaxed and take care of my entire trip. I tried not to bug them too much but they were always so nice and pleasant. Everyone there was great honestly i had maybe one rude bar tender while i was there but he was working the indoor bar by the front desk tbh I never went back to that bar because there were like 20 other bars around with great service shoutout to Orane the best bartender there hands down. A great young man very inspirational and very knowledgable me and my fiancé had the pleasure of meeting him while we were there… roomservice was really fast Im not sure if its because we paid for the exhale club room or what but it was worth it the roof too pool and lounge were worth it too however the rooftop pool was extremely cold I mean it was hot out side but it felt like a cold plunge so I wasnt able to really enjoy it like I wanted to… all of the themed night were great I wish we had gone at a more peak season but then again I dont think we would have recieved such good service if there were alot of people there. Anywho if you get a chance to go to breathless its adult only all inclusive, definitely upgrade your room to include the exhale club and butler service and specifically ask for Shane and Craig… I cant want to come back soon. Now outside of the service Im not gonnah lie the rooms cosmetics were very much 2/5 stars… there were so many cosmetic defect that if it wasnt for the service I probably would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else… for as much as we paid the room should have been giving ritz carlton but it was really giving Red roof Inn… it looks fancy but there were so many noticeable imperfections it made me wonder what I was paying for because I surely wasnt going to eat 5K worth of food or drink 5K worth of alcohol… but like I said the people working there made the experience 5/5 stars The beds were comfy, you get a bottle of Kingston 62 and it is strong… I was lit the first night off of it, dangerous stuff and I could not get enough of the cranberry wata… it was delicious… Also I must throw in we got a balcony with a jacuzzi and Omg… our butler set us up so nice with rose petals and a beautiful candle lit bubble bath… whatever he put in the tub had my skin feeling so smooth and soft and it smellled sooo good… I cant stop thinking about the jerk chicken on the beach so yummy spicy as hell but super freaking good I got it every single day I was there… And this is my biased opinion coming from a black American but being surrounded by other black people and them being so happy to see you and treating you so nicely without even knowing you I truly felt like i belonged there… first day they hit us with the “welcome home” I wanted to jump up and give them a big hug and kiss because no where in America would any black person ever walk up to another black person they never met say no shiggity like that … honestly the culture out there put the black American culture to shame and they Could have been putting on a show but to be fair I can see a faker from a mile away these people were genuine… BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS THOUGH… omg they tried to charge me $60 for a beaded bracelet I almost cussed him out but I had to remember where I was … I kindly declined but really who tf do you think I am Oprah… I saved up my money for an entire year to be able to take this trip and guess when my next one is 2 years from now because Im a broke american, I found it insulting how many of them tried to get over of me with these outrageous prices… and they will do it in their own currency too so keep your currency calculator handy because they will absolutely try it! While you are there make sure you book an adults only evening snorkeling tour with dreamer catamaran and visit the pork pit for some more authentic Jamaican food. And check out hip strip but don't let them hustle you for your money either. But there is my long and very honest review hope it was worth it.
