The beach bar was run by Donnakay and Demar who were both very friendly, professional and they make fantastic cocktails. Always happy and smiling, they made our day feel special. Also the life guards are very attentive and professional. They also have a great sense of humour and are good fun to be around 😀 😄

I was not impressed with this resort. Let's start with the food, the worse food I've ever tasted at a resort. The in-room dining service the worst ever! It took over two hours to receive our food that was brought to us cold and not cooked well. The buffet food tasted horrible and the coffee served was always cold. At check-in, they lack communication with sharing the resort amenities, where placed were located and even access to the beach. They are so busy trying to set you with a timeshare meeting and tips, they forget about everything else. I was not impressed and would not recommend this resort. Surely will not be back here at all! Wait staff is horrible they rather text and talk to each other then deal with customers. I am an ex server so I always tip but it was very hard to even give them a dollar because service was so bad. I think if my wife wasn’t pregnant we… Read more

Great place. The food is good. Make sure to check the SUNSET COVE beach. Best beach ever. And ask Donna for one of her special drinks. Pineapple upside down and rum punch are great! Staff are generally nice. Room is great. Room service is a bit slow
