This hotel was lovely and what I would expect for a 3 star. Drinks were a little on the watered down side. The restaurants were amazing, especially the Italian. I would recommend you visit this. Loved the Jerk grill, the pork was yummy although the hot sauce - it blew my head off! The sea is beautiful and I found the Pier and the Island best for snorkelling. A lionfish lives under the pier so be careful. Saw quite a few Rays and also a rather intimidating toadfish! The rooms were basic but pleasant. Kids club was okay but not much for the kids to do. they were very bored. Pool was fun and my older children loved the entertainment All in all a lovely holiday but next time I visit Jamaica, I think I'll go 4 or 5* Read less

We had booked a sea front room in bulding 1A, ground floor: the best possible room for us! 10 yards to the beach! We stayed from 8 to 22 March. So we landed with the virus at the back of our minds and came home with the last scheduled flight to England! So the atmosphere was not as relaxed as the year before, but the staff did everything in their power to smooth things out and made us feel as well as possible. The second week reality started catching up with us because of distancing in the dining areas, sanitisers been rolled out. But all this could not distract from the lovely beach, the nice food, and the friendly staff despite a lot of uncertainty about their livelihood and future. To help them feel less exposed, we did cut down to have our room cleaned only every 3 days, which was greatly appreciated. We feel extremely lucky and prvileged to have been able to fullfil our holiday in Jamaica. We surely hope to be able to stay again in the future. Read less

The resort is average, nothing over the top, except for the fact that it is located on the beach and the employees were wonderful. We only left the resort on two occasions and spent a lot of time at the lobby bar. The food wasn’t great, but it was what was expected for resort food. On the other hand, The Jerk Hut was good, try the pork! We had a nice view from our room, bed was comfy, but the bathroom was small. The entertainment didn’t thrill me, not a lot going on, but if you like to chat and can entertain yourself, get your monies worth at the bar. Read less
