The small, intimate, Grand Decameron Montego Beach, A Trademark All-Inclusive offers basic but comfortable accommodation, with the low rise resort boasting stunning ocean views. Staff are friendly and attentive, and take advantage of some of the daily and evening activities on offer to keep you entertained. One pool is shaded for those seeking a respite from the sun, or head to the neighbouring beach at Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach to soak up some rays and enjoy the sea breeze. The hotel's located at the beginning of the 'Hip Strip', so there are shops, bars and markets within easy reach.

On the beach in Montego Bay, amongst a range of nightlife options and casinos, and 5-miles from several golf courses. Transfer time from Montego Bay Airport: 10 minutes.

144 rooms. All with balcony/terrace, air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe* (approximately USD 2 per day), iron and ironing board, WiFi access*, bathroom amenities, and hairdryer. Ocean View Rooms with 1 king-size bed or 2 double beds, sleeping maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years of age). All have full or partial ocean views.

All Inclusive of: all meals and drinks by the glass. Midday and midnight snacks. Non-motorised water sports (kayak, sailboat and water bicycle trips).

There are two sides to this hotel. Our group was housed in the dire need of renovation side of the hotel. The check in experience was not organized. There are two sides to this hotel. Our group was housed in the dire need of renovation side of the hotel. The check in experience was not organized. Our reservations were made almost a year prior and the staff had a very difficult time finding the paperwork. The floor in my room was extremely dirty. The bathroom sink cracked. Shower head needed to be replaced. Rubber mat for the tub was filthy as and moldy (they replaced it with a new one but didn’t change the shower head). The curtains were sun blocking but had holes in them due to wear. The only good thing was the air conditioner worked very well and the bedding was crisp, clean and comfortable. The hotel manager was very nice. The dining room staff needed some attitude adjustment. It changed after a small tip. I would never return to this hotel unless you stay in the renovated rooms. Other people in our group had flooding issues; air conditioning issues and other issues. Read less

Staff attitude is not good at all. Only Charmaine the quality manager had a good attitude. The rooms look old, the bed sheets are rough, honestly for me was hard to sleep. The air conditioner inside the room broke 3 of the 4 nights we stayed there.

This hotel is not as it seems on the websites. It showed the Cornwall property when it was booked. They need to close this Decameron down and just use the Cornwall property. The buffet food made me sick every night. No one on the property to clean after 5. I fell ill and couldn’t get anyone to assist me in my room. I was so disappointed.

I had a great time. The staff helped with making it a awesome time. Even through the hurricane still felt relaxed and safe. They did there job . Was an amazing week . The food was great. Thanks to all the great staff I would recommend this resort for a vacation anytime.
