I purchased two rings and two loose Crown of Light diamonds to be made into earrings from the Regalia Jewelry Store on the Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas during my Alaskan Cruise in July. After a couple of hours after my purchase I decided that I didn’t really want the loose diamonds so I resent back to the store and was told they do not accept returns! The two diamonds totaled $12,000.00. I was then handed a copy of their no return policy. There were no signs in the store stating no returns or refunds and there was no language on the receipt or any of the paperwork I received stating no returns or refunds. After deciding to buy the two rings, I felt pressured by the sales manager to buy earrings especially when he realized I was approved for a sizable line of credit. I went to the R. C. Customer Service however the lady screening the people in line told me that Customer Service would honor whatever the store told me. Now I’m going back and forth with Starboard Cruises trying to get them to approve a return on this purchase. Ironically, one of the messages on their phone line states all returns should be made before leaving the ship. Needless to say what started out as a great trip suddenly was ruined by this jewelry buying experience. I reached out to a Royal Caribbean when I got home but was told I must go through Starboard Cruises for any issues. It took Starboard Cruises 90 day to email me saying my request was denied. I emailed back asking for a reason and they quoted the language in the written no return policy I received after I tried to make a return. Very disappointed that Royal Caribbean doesn’t help their customers. I’m not giving up on this battle yet! Read less

There is also an island that serves Jerk chicken, has a Thai restaurant, swimming pool, bar, beach, spa treatments. The trip was amazing and they have wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. Rosan was our housekeeper and did a great job cleaning our room and made sure we had everything.I recommend any couple looking for a trip together to look at Sandals Resorts. We will be back in the future.

The food is crazy amazing, the people were ultra-courteous and the rooms as well as the environment was welcoming. Entertainment at nights were sweet! I can’t compliment this place enough! Big shoutout to the following who even made it more accommodating: (and please mind my spelling) Daliah and Joddi-Kay who took amazing pictures on our dinner night. I love those pictures! Krystal and Lamar who helped us out when we had a time hack to leave the premises- and not to mention the concierge team (especially Saisha) who answered all our questions and never made us feel like we were a bother at all. Jodiann from Bombay, Chrisann from Thai, Robert from Le Jardinier and I can’t forget Michandia from Butch’s Steakhouse in Montego Bay! All of them helped us in choosing entrees that left us wanting more! Big up to the chefs of those restaurants as well!
