Dress code: most restaurants require guests to wear cover-ups and no sleeveless shirts when dining. A ‘casual elegance’ dress code is in place when taking dinner at Bordeaux, El Patio, Himitsu and Blue Mountain, with gentlemen required to be dressed in long trousers, with dress shirts or collared shirts, and women can wear dresses, shirts or blouses, and trousers, with no flip flops or sleeveless shirts.

I have traveled to Jamaica 7 times and normally stay at sandals. Being that my husband and I were traveling with our adult children we decided to change it up. This has been the worst vacation. Staff are nice , hotel has no vibe at all. No entertainment, interactive games at pool. My children who are in the 25-28 age range have been going to bed right after dinner because they can not with stand to sit through another unentertaining show . In addition you miss half of it because u go to a 600 dinner and do not leave dinner until 845 without dessert. I complained to entertainment manager asking if they can raise volume on music by pool( not blasting but the ability to be able to hear it. At first he rolled his eyes and then laughed as I turned around and walked away. Head manager listened to my concerns and nothing changed. I am writing this to make people aware this hotel is not worth your hard earned money. Do not consider to take in account reviews from those who are getting married because just the fact of being at your wedding will be a different experience. If you have any questions I will be happy to answer. I am updating my experiences on the Facebook. Every experience has been upsetting including excursions booked one and cancelled the following one on the following day so disorganize. Where to even begin! We had the time of our lives. We came here for our destination wedding and we were truly blown away. From the moment we walked onto the resort we knew we were in good hands. Not only were we here but 50 of our closest people were also here. The staff made sure our entire group was well taken care of. Planning a destination wedding from another country can be stressful, however as soon as we met Ideria, we felt completely at ease. She took our suitcase full of decorations and made our reception come to life. The food was incredible and our DJ and MC were fantastic. The staff made us feel like we were the only ones at the resort. Our butlers Tarjie and Darwin took such great care of us. 10/10 would recommend if you are thinking about a destination wedding! Cannot wait to go back! The resort was beautiful and staff were so nice! One of the most beautiful beaches and we got to relax. The pools and restaurants were great! Look forward to going back!

If you are looking for a place to relax with your significant other, this is the place. The food options are just okay and premium liquor is not offered at all restaurants/ bars. Plenty of cats on property which is a big no for me.
