Coral Springs is like a small town, you have everything at your disposal. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. The welcoming smiles from arrival and throughout were appreciated. The room was clean and spacious and the pool view was everything and more. You don't need to leave the resort as everything is right there but if you are someone who likes excursions there are plenty of things to get into. There are many options for places to eat, from a buffet to a sit-down restaurant meal from a menu. It is impossible to get bored with this much variety. There are numerous bars throughout the resort so a lovely cocktail is never too far away!!. The entertainment team were always fun, providing good music and activities daily, they provided a lovely combination of Jamaican culture alongside the rest of the world and kept the vibes just right. I have to acknowledge the staff as they were always very well presented and always ready to assist. I love that a lovely young lady called Camay at the privilege lounge looked after us most mornings and in no time she knew our orders. Angie at the reception had the brightest smile which was always lovely to see. The management team were always on hand making sure everything and everyone was happy, both Phillip and Shanardo were visible throughout the resort daily which is always nice to see. As a customer it helps to know even the managers are at your disposal should you require any assistance but I found with these two managers that they would check in before a problem came about which shows the importance of customer satisfaction. I can appreciate managers who don't hide out in an office and go around welcoming guests and extending help and support where needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip. Coral Springs has all the elements needed for a much-needed break. Read less

It took 3-4 hours to get them to give us another room. The bathroom and really the whole unit was poorly constructed .The food was terrible, the floors were never swept or cleaned for the 7 days there,There was a sewage back up that closed 1 part of the resort.Water was shut off for hours 1 day.Everything was a disaster and we would never go back .8 out of the 10 people with us caught covid and 1 had covid and also e-coli.We were told by some of the workers that they were the lowest paid for any resorts in Jamaica and now i can understand why the resort is not a good place..We went to Royalton white Sands in Jamaica and the Rio Los Cabos in Mexico and are they are #1 resorts. We would never go back again Read less

Jamaica is beautiful, hotel is lovely and for the most part well maintained, if you are not members I would not recommend the privilege as butlers are now on round robin via WHATSAPP and compared to other Ocean H10 Hotels service is not as attentive. Coffee in the rooms is NOT nespresso as advertised or promised for privilege, less than SUPER 8 quality coffee in the rooms. However Mikes and Privilege came to the rescue with Lattes a plenty. Privilege Restaurant and Bar had service level far exceeding expectations and food was great. Restaurants at the resort were plentiful and not too busy. Maid service daily was excellent, fridge and daily bar service severely lacking with only two bottles of the small bottles liquor given daily and was not even updated daily. Albeit some of the things I have mentioned here are minor, but when you add them all up these small touches that are omitted compared to the other Ocean H10 hotels this Ocean Coral Spring Hotel does not measure up. PS Jamaica Customs at arrival can TAKE SEVERAL HOURS Read less

If you are a white male, don’t expect to be served anytime quickly…. There seems to be special treatment for some….6 hours for 2 beer delivery to room after calling 3 times… no customer service at all.
