There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions.
The menu is super limited.
The beach is not clean, it has a lot of seaweed, slimy floor and rocks.
The chairs in the terrace are all broken.

The main restaurant is super hot at night and should have enclosed air conditioning.
Staff was super slow and at times rude, they took forever to serve drinks. (Only exception of Hilary and Marc-Anthony.
The rooms were great with comfortable and clean bed and towels.
We were given butlers but didn’t find the use.

Zoetry made my birthday so special! It’s convenient to the airport and all clubs/nightlife. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. I’ll only stay there when i travel back to Jamaica

Room was lovely! Beautiful and clean (except the booger that I found on the bed sign). Also, my mini bar/snacks weren't stocked and there was no AC remote but everything was addressed fairly quickly. The staff was delightful. I do wish that they had an ATM on the premises though because I didn't always have as much cash on hand to tip as I wanted and felt terrible.
