This is our third time and seeing the staff (team) remembering you that makes you feel welcome. That goes a long way. Olivier, Oran, and Richard were great assets to the team. Everyone was super friendly and that makes us want us keep coming back. No complaints. The food was really great! Yaku was so worth it and Mariachi’s was better than before. The new chef Edgar Merceil was awesome! Gisele, Mario, and Jordain were also great at Stewfish. Jervin will always be in our hearts because he goes over and beyond to please his families. Nicolette, Epic photography she’s amazing. She has seen my son grown up. We have beautiful photos of our son growing up from her. The pictures are fantastic from a child, teen, and adult. We’ll always be greatful for the memories because of her. They’re sitting on our mantle that we can enjoy each day. We cannot wait for our next vacation with Beaches Negril. We ❤️❤️❤️. It’s sad leaving but I know we’ll be back and will pick up where we left off. There’s no resort like this. Kudos to the General Manager, everything has improved, We brought my mom this trip and she had a wonderful experience. I know in my heart she would only have that at Beaches and that’s why we brought her there. It was her trip of a lifetime. Thank you Beaches Negril! Read less

We had concierge rooms and everything was topnotch. When I arrived, I wanted to book a beach cabana but they were booked for the week. The group in the concierge lounge took my name and called all the ones confirmed and every single day we had a cabana. This is not service that you can boost about at most resorts. The beach, as usual, is magnificent and the cabana service was the best. AnneMarie couldn’t do enough for us. We miss it already and I highly recommend Beaches Negril. Read less

Our family had an amazing time. It was 't overly crowded even with it being our spring break. The entertainment and food were great at the resort. The beach is beautiful and was calm . The trip from the airport is 1.5 hours and that is the only negative I could find.

Our family of four visited beaches Negril during presidents week for 7 nights. We had been to beaches Turks and Caicos, and had a great trip, but we wanted to try something different. I’m glad we chose this resort. I like the beaches resorts because they always go out of their way to accommodate you, whether it be a special meal at a restaurant, an excursion, entertainment, they go the extra mile to try and make you happy. We had Club Mobay at our arrival in Montego Bay, which included a fast track through customs and their lounge. We arrived on a Monday, and saved just a bit of time through customs, but were immediately whisked away to the shuttle before we could even make it to the lounge. We did get to skip a rather lengthy customs line when we departed, and did get to enjoy the lounge as well, so it was definitely more important when we left. The shuttle driver on the way to the resort drove way too recklessly. We were in a van with one other family, and although it was a long 1.5 hour ride I’d rather the driver had taken a little more time than passed cars with head on traffic coming the other way. The bus on the way back to the airport was much less stressful. We had arrived just after a storm had come through. The normally clear blue water was dark and rough, and there was a lot of seaweed on the beach. It took a few days but eventually we got better weather and clear blue water, and the resort did a good job of cleaning the beach up as well. The beach is beautiful, and there’s plenty of chairs and shade to be found. We rented a cabana for two days, and it was well worth it. It comes with a butler, in our case we had June, and she did a great job of bringing food and drinks for all. My kids and I all have food allergies, and the culinary concierge there, Sana Gay, did an excellent job of making sure we ate just about anything we wanted, free of the allergens. We would fill out a form to send to whatever restaurant we wanted to eat at, and the chefs would specially make our meals without the allergens. The head chef Lamar was very helpful at speaking to the chefs of the other restaurants to make sure we had a great experience. Also, chef Roxan and Shana Kay from the Jerk shack made some of the best food I’ve ever had. Edgar from the Mexican restaurant went way out of his way for us as well. The food there was also amazing, and he’s a great guy as well. Shout out as well to joecel at Kimono’s for a great meal. But our favorite meals came from Yaku the Peruvian restaurant. I was bummed out that they had replaced the Italian restaurant with a Peruvian one, but wow was the food from Yaku amazing. The beef skewers, the Lomo Saltado, and the braised pork dish were incredible. Thanks to chef chanicka and shanice for a great meal. We did one excursion while we were there. The sunset snorkeling boat that went to Ricks Cafe. Our captain’s, Denis and Tony were awesome, and made sure we had a great time. Denis was extremely helpful with the kids, as it was their first time snorkeling. We stopped at Rick’s briefly to see a few dives, and the kids decided they wanted to jump as well, so Denis took them over and made sure they were safe. I highly recommend this trip. We all had a lot of fun. They served food and played some great Jamaican music as well. Our room was clean and updated. Housekeeping did a great job as well. The entertainment was great, especially the group that did the fire show. The people at the kids club were very friendly and did a great job with the kids. Overall it was an awesome trip. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Thanks to everyone who went out of their way for us. I hope to go back again. Read less

This was our first stay at Beaches Negril and you can bet it won’t be our last with how amazing the trip was. As soon as we exited customs we immediately had a Sandals lounge waiting for us at the airport, and didn’t wait long for the shuttle to take us to the resort, which is around an hour and half drive. We enjoyed a relaxing check in process with the concierge, a nice lunch and then got to our room and started the fun. All week long, the food, drinks, and staff were amazing to us. We took advantage of almost everything the resort offered, including the kids club, water park, and even some special events. A very special thank you to Creton (Baba) and the entire snorkel crews - we went 4 times (all included!) and saw some amazing sea life. Our son was over the moon and the crew keep finding different creatures to show him. Our only critique would be that there often seemed to be events or activities happening without any obvious or easy way to find out about them so it’d be great if there was some kind of schedule posted somewhere. But we never really felt like we were missing out on anything. We can’t wait to return, and will definitely be doing so next year. Thank you Beaches and all the staff who made us feel so welcome and relaxed. Read less
