Food was amazing, rooms were clean and we love the turn down service. Staff was so kind and the place was beautiful. We would come back. Seven mile beach is so nice, and other guests at couples swept away were so nice.

We are long time repeat guest and love coming back year after year. It’s not a posh 5 star resort it’s more of old school Caribbean style resort! We also love the staff there. We mainly go back for the scuba diving. The scuba team there is the best you will find!!

It was our first time in Jamaica and the first time at a Couples resort. The beach and water are amazing. Let me start with my 2 complaints that are directly related to the resort: 1) No room service except for a continental breakfast 2) the mini bar service for us was horrible (they filled it 2 out of 9 nights). The rest of these observations aren't complaints, just trying to give everyone as much info as I can. The rooms are a little outdated, but that gave it a more Jamaican vibe for me and the whole resort is super clean! The chair game on the beach is pretty much like every resort I've been to.....you have to get up at the butt-crack of dawn to get a chair under a palapa, but that wasn't a concern for me and we always found chairs on the beach. And of course, there's those people that put their stuff on the best chairs and you never see them all day.....can't fix rude! Every chair comes with a float to take into the water.....loved that! Staff: They were all amazing, friendly and accommodating. If you need something....just ask and they will do their best to get it. The beach bar at the south end was our favorite and the bartenders were fabulous. Thanks Sally, Shanna, Chantal, Yuri (and I know I'm forgetting some names here.....sorry) for the amazing service all week! Food: I always struggle at any resort in the Caribbean because I don't eat seafood, but I make due. I literally did not have a bad meal here. I had plenty of choices that weren't seafood and every meal was so good.....from the poolside grill to Feathers.....all fabulous and tasty. Other Notes: This resort is absolutely not handicap accessible. I'm not handicap.....just way out of shape.....lol and it was a bit more spread out than I would have liked. My husband has issues with his foot and being on the second floor was a little hard for him, but he managed. Even the 1st floor rooms have stairs. Again, not CSA's fault just something I wish I knew ahead of time. Pools: We only went to the pool at the south-end and this is a little hard to describe, but there's a bigger pool that feeds into the swim-up bar area. The bigger pool was clean, but the swim up bar pool area was filthy, I was literally looking for a skimmer to clean it. Both pools were also quite cold. I thought it was just me because I'm a wimp when it comes to cold pools, but everyone was complaining about how cold it was. More notes: all the entertainment is at the north-end of the resort (main beach) by the Palms restaurant (except for beach volleyball). On day 2, my husband got chewed up by sand fleas. I was literally right next to him all day and didn't get one bite, so I guess it just depends how tasty you are....lol About day 6 or 7, I was walking out of the water and got stung by a jelly fish. It felt like a piece of seaweed wrapping around my leg, until the back of my knee was burning. Again.....not the resort's fault.....it's a beach and it happens. I learned that 100 proof rum cures all in Jamaica and it's a good story. Overall thoughts: It is a fabulous resort......beach, water, and staff! You will not be disappointed if you decide to go here! Definitely planning a return trip Read less

This place was amazing! From the drinks, food, beach, ocean, water sports and staff (especially Tevin & Shania in entertainment) - I have no complaints! The beach and sunsets are hands down the best thing you’ll ever see. We can’t wait to come back!
