The reception with drinks at the airport was much appreciated after a long flight. The food and service were excellent. The beach was lovely with very nice sand. Really enjoyed the complimentary catamaran trip.

What a beautiful property. They have the largest beach of all the resorts on 7 mile beach. There are so many trees and plants covering the resort. The facilities on site are amazing. The rooms are very nice . The restaurants are fantastic. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our room was lovely with a lovely balcony, the food was to die for ( must admit that even though its a buffet I adored Scotch Bonnet ) The staff were 1st class also, Keisha in the main bar, Jermaine who worked behind the Bar and also a lovely chap called Henry who is one of the maintenance Staff and used to have a chat with us every morning. Without any doubt I would recommend CSA, We will certainly be looking to return in the future. Read less

I really can't say enough good things about this resort. We were always Mexico people...until we came to Swept Away. The food, the staff, the BEACH are hands down the best we've ever had. Be sure to check out the sports facility across the street. We didn't until the end of our trip but wish we would have sooner. Also don't get a garden view room by the street, very noisy. We met multiple couples when we first arrived that said "Oh you're only here for 6 nights, you have to stay longer" and we know why. 7 days was not nearly enough time. We also met many couples who had been there 10+ times. My husband and I always thought it was crazy to come to the same resort every year, why not try new places? But now we know why. Book CSA, you won't be disappointed. Read less

Couples Swept Away Feb/Mar 2020 We were very fortunate and blessed to have been able to complete our trip to CSA and then to Catcha before the travel and virus issues began to come into focus. Our hearts goes out to everyone who has had to cancel their trip this spring and even more so the resort workers and businesses in Jamaica who will have a very tough road ahead. Hopefully wee can all get back there sooner rather than later. We have been vacationing in Negril for many years and are multiple time repeat guests at 3 of the Couples Resorts. This was our first trip back to CSA after a long string of stays at CN and other locations in Negril. Check In was kind of a mess, but they always sort it out with a smile eventually. We booked and were placed in OVS in building 14. I can make no sense of why room 3209 is in Building 14 … but it is. The rooms like these have a tv and glass in the windows and are very nice, comfortable, and clean but the newer rooms lack the character of the old Atrium Suites from previous stays. Food, drinks, staff, service, the beach, the pools, and activities were just the same as at CN for quality – excellent. While the food and service at CSA was about the same as we’ve had at CN and CSS, we liked that there were more dining choices and particularly loved having an al a carte option for breakfast and lunch at Patios! Really nice to be able to have full breakfast and lunch with table service instead of the buffet. We kept being disappointed in the Jerk Chicken at Cabana at lunch this time (very dry) and found it not close to as good as we keep getting at CN and CSS at lunch time. But when we switched to Patios for lunch we found we loved ordering a wider variety of foods from a menu in a more comfortable setting. I would love to see something like Patios as the other Couples resorts for breakfast and lunch. The highlight for us was Scotch Bonnet for dinner. Absolutely wonderful dining choices and the only buffet we liked at dinner. Just excellent! One of the main reasons we went back too CSA this time is that we missed the wonderful tennis program there, and it did not disappoint. There are simply more tennis players there every day and on nicer tennis courts (har-tru is a knee saver for an old guy like me!) than at any of the other Couples Resorts. The entire sports complex at CSA is very nice! The beach at CSA is on the Long Bay section of 7 Mile Beach and CN is on the Bloody Bay section of 7 Mile Beach. While the water on Long Bay at CSA is not usually as calm as at CN over on Bloody Bay, it’s just as beautiful as the beach at CN and it’s wider and there are a lot more places to walk to for a drink or a meal along Long Bay. CSA, and Long Bay in general, has more foot traffic and more vendors who seem a bit more insistent than at CN but we found that if we set up our chairs far enough back from the water it’s just a non-issue. While Lychee at CN and Bella Vista at CSS are my favorite restaurants at Couples Resorts we had excellent meals and service at all of the restaurants at CSA. Zero complaints other than the so-so Jerk Chicken at lunch. All the Couples Resorts really shine in this area. The Repeater Dinner was excellent and was set up in Patios and done the same as at CN. Very nice event and worth the time to us. When it comes to Negril choosing CSA or CN is a win-win situation. We confirmed that we still love them both! CSA was so great that we will remember to take more breaks from CN and make it a more frequent destination for our Negril vacations. Read less
