Set on the famous white sands of Negril’s seven mile beach, staying at Sandy Haven gives you the feel of being in your own calm oasis, yet in reality you’re just 10 minutes away from Negril’s ‘hip strip’. Rohan was helpful and upgraded our room which we appreciated and front desk (Edward and forgot the other lady’s name) answered our questions Property lacks the following: - toothpaste/toothbrush/slippers (basic necessities) - full length mirror - Tv and blow dryers did not work - pool was dirty/wasn’t cleaned frequently - WiFi could be stronger… Read more

Frankly, next door at Coco Palm offered more and had a better vibe/energy (they always had music and always felt lively) and their breakfast was available until 11am (which is something we didn’t have at Sandy and always missed out on the breakfast since it was available until 10am only). The property does require maintenance as it’s a bit old so am hoping the owner takes the above into consideration. Read less

The hotel is located right in the middle of all the action, yet it's quiet and sort-of private. No noise, no vendors. The bar is right on the beach, next to the beach beds.
