With features of contemporary coastal style, Deluxe Rooms have a large balcony or terrace with garden views, and either 2 double beds or 1 king- size bed, sleeping maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

All Inclusive includes: a welcome drink upon arrival. Meals and drinks at 10 bars and restaurants, plus casual dining options in the open-air eateries. Domestic and international premium liqueurs. Personal concierge in pool and beach areas. Ice cream shop. 24-hour room service.

Modern 1 Bedroom Resort Residences enjoy a separate living room with double sofa bed, and a full kitchen, as well as 1 king-size bed, sleeping 2 adults. These rooms are also available as a Swim Up Residence, where you can dip into the pool straight from your patio.

2 Bedroom Resort Residences feature a master bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and a second bedroom with 2 double beds (or 1 king-size bed), and a full-size kitchen. These rooms are also available as a Swim Up Residence, where you can dip into the pool straight from your patio.

1 Bedroom Penthouse Resort Residences have their own rooftop lounge area complete with a pergola, barbeque grill and a whirlpool tub.

We had a five day stay at this all inclusive resort. It was a perfect stay of our family. We enjoyed great service and food at all the restaurants but the service at Flavours was always exceptional. We had great interactions with Rolando, Antonio, Geraldo Gomez and Jonathan. Thank you to them and all the staff at this amazing hotel!

The hotel does not offer service unless you are willing to pay extra for everything. They will give you the bare minimum and then nickel and dime you for extras. There are lots of noises coming from other rooms and guests as you can easily hear what is going on in the next room. There is lots seaweed that make it hard to enjoy their beach, and the smell is just as bad. The overall service is poor. For example, asking for extra toilet paper in the evening when you ran out and waiting until the morning to get it. Imagine not having toilet paper in your room. When you call the front desk, they will yes you but not deliver. They also will bill charges to your room and then when you try to remove them, they will not and ask you to prove it. Overall, not worth the money spent here, and could have had better service someone where for a better price. Better to stay somewhere else. I will never return here as I do not trust them. Read less

This hotel definately deserves it's five star rating on staff alone! Janice on meet and greet in Flavours and Bernado in the Brasserie went above and beyond and always with a smile. All of the staff were amazing but too many to mention. Would book this hotel again in a heart beat. Adios fives, till next time.

Fantastic holiday at fives. Beautiful hotel with great food, well kept gardens, lots of wildlife and excellent staff. Special mention to Janice, met with her beautiful smile every day. Janice is a credit to the hotel. Hopefully will return in the future.
