An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Royale Honeymoon Ocean Front Rooms have ocean views, French balcony, a seating area and 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

My wife and I just returned from a much-needed getaway to our home away from home to LeBlanc Spa Resort Cancun. We had an amazingly great trip. We were supposed to visit back in April to celebrate Jane's 50th and Anniversary but because of this pandemic, we had to reschedule for the end of June. As usual, we have a wonderful trip and the staff were, as usual, very hospitable, cordial, helpful, and overall Diamond level service. Our trip began even before we arrived. Roger Garcia Valdez, our Diamond concierge took care of all the pre-arrival necessities. From having a constant communication through email, to scheduling our transportation, to booking our spa treatments, Cabana reservations, and dinner reservations. Once we got off the plane and through customs, we didn’t have to worry about anything because we know someone would be outside waiting for us with our names printed on a sign. We were great by our driver Juan Carlos. He picked us up in a white Escalade and once we got inside the car it felt like we were inside LeBlanc. Juan Carlos was great! He shared with us information about the resort and Palace as a whole. He spoke highly of LeBlanc and Palace family and we felt it was genuine. After 20 minutes we arrived at LeBlanc, we were greeted with a friendly doorman offering a squirt of hand sanitizer. As we stepped inside, it was like we remembered it from 15 months ago. Our drinks were that Juan Carlos called ahead to prepare were waiting for us freshly made. Jane had the Watermelon Caipirinha and I had the Mocha Monkey. Just the perfect drinks to have after a long flight. Roger greeted us and introduced us to his assistant Ingrid. They both took care of everything we needed without having to sit at the check-in desk. He asked us to talk to Pilar from guest services to schedule our presentation update or upgrade. This time is was just an update as hard as they tried. Our experienced with Pilar was very pleasant and somehow, we had an instant connection with her. She was friendly, professional, pleasant to talk to. She usually works at Isla Mujeres Palace. She convinced us to visit the resort on our next visit even if it’s for a day. I could bore everyone with a very detailed story about our trip, but I am afraid this review would be too lengthy. I just wanted to share in detail the very beginning of our trip to tell readers that our experience at the start of the trip only scratches the surface with how well we were treated by each staff member we encountered. Whether it was personal interactions to even just in passing. They made us feel very special, and very welcomed. I’m sure for those that have been to LeBlanc Cancun, you will agree with me, and for those that are contemplating on visiting, I highly recommend it because I would certainly recommend it to our families and friends. With that I wanted to take up the rest of this review by listing all the names of the people that we wanted to give a special thanks to for making our trip enjoyable and memorable. Before I list the names, I wanted to give a shout out to our DreamArt photographer whose name escapes us, well as the staff that manned the ice cream booth every day. That was a must stop leaving the pool area on the way to the spa. Also the Ladies at the Blanc Store for their help pick out souvenirs. Wow! I can’t say enough good things about the resort, the service, and the cleanliness! First off, if you are worried about cleanliness and social distancing - you will be fine here. Palace resorts have taken every precaution necessary to be cautious for Covid. Rooms are sanitized, social distancing is enforced, all employees wear masks at all times, they provide you with masks, wipes, hand sanitizer. no buffets- but everything is brought to you a la carte with a smile. Our favorite experiences- the beautiful beach and front infinity pool. Amazing spa and services, the gym(try the yoga and Pilates classes- the instructors are wonderful), the housekeeping turn down services, our butlers in our floor, and all the restaurants and wait staff. We highly recommend watching the live shows and performers that do an amazing job! While everyone is wonderful some standout people to give extra kudos to - Ingrid, our diamond concierge (we highly recommend you becoming members). Roger -was amazing as our private romantic dinner on the beach server. Victor -our beach cabana concierge went above and beyond, Lorenzo was amazing at the Italian restaurant. Both gym instructors were unbelievable! I am sorry to have forgotten some names- but really everyone was wonderful. The staff was incredible but the ones who really stood out were our butlers Cesar and Marco they went above and beyond for us. Laura who worked in the pool area was so helpful telling us which spot was the best for the shade and breeze and every single morning she had our chairs ready with towels and waters. Offeri was my favorite bartender and made the best pine apple cake Daiquiri. Joaquin and Juan Carlos in transportation were so kind and helpful and had such warm personalities and I enjoyed the conversations and Ingrid I absolutely adored her she came out every morning to update me on things and I just loved getting to know her she was amazing at her job and she is the one I will miss the most. The food was fantastic especially Yama and Lumiere but the best service we had was at Bella we ate there twice and had Lorenzo as our waiter both times and he was excellent and was such a happy guy who you can tell loved his job. The best part we’re watching the sea turtles swim up to shore each night to lay their eggs such an incredible experience and wonderful hotel with the best service I have ever had. Read less

Luis Garcia helped us out in the beach cabana! Wow what a service!!!!! He is fantastic...He already knew what we liked and the kind of food we enjoy by the beach! This resort is great! Much needed vacation and treated like a queen!
