Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

The service at Le Blanc is second to none. Our floor butlers, Eddie and Marco, went out of their way to take incredible care of us. Every day we were greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything we needed. They were great in booking our restaurant reservations and arranging our COVID test and return transport to the airport. In the room, they refilled our aromatherapy and took note of what drinks and snacks we preferred to have stocked at our mini bar. On our second night, Marco drew a romantic bath with rose petals for us :) For me, the breakout highlight of our stay was the hydrotherapy treatment. Hard to believe this service is included! Ana took care of me four times, and I've never received such exceptional service. She paced everything so it felt like you were the only person in the whole spa. And she gave the most amazing head massage. At the main pool, Lucinda always made sure we had fresh towels. Jeanette was our pool server, and she came by very frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. We ordered lunch poolside most days, because the guacamole and tacos are outstanding...especially the brisket and pork! In the evening, Artemio entertained us at the lobby bar and made sure that our drinks stayed full. He made some great recommendations, including the Clase Azul Reposado tequila, which we purchased as an upgrade (worth it). However we also enjoyed the Don Julio 70, which is included and kept chilled in the coolers. Our favorite food items included the Ishiyaki at Yama, the tomato & goat cheese soup at Bella, the oxtail tacos at Blanc, the Indian and Chinese food available at the lunch buffet, and the filet and duck confit at Lumiere. Also keep an eye out for the amazing paella, occasionally served at the main pool at 1 pm sharp. While the service was exquisite, it was a little inconsistent at times. The first time we visited Blanc buffet, we were greeted right away and checked on repeatedly. The second time no one ever approached our table. Similarly the first night at Lumiere our salads were dropped on top of our appetizers that we'd just received five minutes prior. But our second experience was perfectly paced. One day our room service took over an hour and half to arrive. At Pure we waited fifteen minutes to place our order because there was only one person taking orders, getting the food and setting up the pool bar all at once. When we did a couples massage following hydrotherapy; Ana went above and beyond to have me change out of my wet suit and dried it while my husband showed up still wearing his wet suit which led to an awkward encounter. I would assume most of these issues were due to staffing during Covid, which is difficult right now. Overall we felt very pampered. Le Blanc was an experience we won't soon forget! Read less

Just got back from le blanc and it was an expierence like no other! Room was impeccable food was amazing weather and views were amazing. We had Jesus and Rodrigo for our butlers during our stay...their class, attention to detail and humble nature was service ive never expierenced before. We will definitely be back!

This is our 2nd stay at Le Blanc, Cancun. My wife and I decided to come back, and this time with our young adult daughters to celebrate our first daughter's college graduation and the other’s birthday. We wanted them to have a perfect long overdue vacation and experience a topnotch all-inclusive resort, the way we remembered it. And this awesome experience began even before we left for Cancun. The Le Blanc pre-arrival concierge reached out to us days before our flight to check in with us, gave us directions upon arrival at the airport, and desired dinner reservations. It is highly recommended that you make your dinner reservations days prior to arrival. The relaxing signature scent of the entire resort, the refreshing welcome drinks, the warm neck/shoulder weighted pillow, and the view of the infinity pool and the beach, welcomed our senses as we entered the lobby and checked in. Our butlers welcomed us when we got to our floor, and toured us to our rooms and its features. This is also a good time to confirm with your butler your dinner reservations throughout your stay. He can do any adjustments and print you a copy of all your schedules. We have several butlers during our stay, and all of them (Marcus, Luis and Francisco) have been helpful and attentive. Although they are fully booked, the place didn't seem too crowded. You can always find a place to hang out and have a drink or snack to just relax and unwind. We've been to other massive all-inclusive resorts where there are too many restaurants that you wont be able to try all in one visit, where it is too big that you need golf carts just to go places, from your room to the beach, and just too many people and kids that the noise, waits and lines at restaurants can be crazy! At Le Blanc, everything is just a few steps away...from your room to the pool, or beach, restaurants, or bars! Le Blanc also ensures that there is a good ratio of resort staff to guest. You just have to look around and somebody with a smiling face willingly attends to your needs. My family enjoyed the night shows, and had fun at Cavo drinking while playing billiards. My daughters had a blasts at Cavo bar during one of the DJ nights, where Luis, the bartender handcrafted delicious cocktails and shots while keeping an eye on them, and made sure they are safe while having fun. He even helped my daughter find where she lost/left her phone. Extra mile service goes a long way! We made spa reservations and Vivianna patiently tried to accommodate all our schedules. It was a challenge booking 4 people for body, facial massages, scrubs and hydrotherapy, but she was able to do it! They now have free hydrotherapy, and it helps if you also make your reservations as early as you can. And special mention to Lourdes at Palace Isla Mujeres spa, who helped us change our spa schedule last minute because we wanted to extend our stay at Isla Mujeres, and had to reschedule our spa at Le Blanc. Awesome spa services provided by Ruth, Janet, Cynthia, and all the hydrotherapy staff. My daughters are amazed how some staff like Mariell happily welcomed us back from our day trip from Isla Mujeres, and remembered them the next day at the pool/beach as she helped them find loungers. First class personalized service at work! The food is amazing, whether from the restaurants, snack bars, and room service! Some (like Yama!) are so good we made another reservation to come back two nights after. And of course, we should not forget the commendable waiters at every restaurant, especially Juan and Angel at Blanc, who attended to us up to our last late lunch at Blanc! Kakau is a brilliant addition to the snack bars! The freshly ground and brewed espresso and coffee every morning, and daily doses of chocolate treats! We were spoiled by Mauricio! The first Le Blanc staff who did a fantastic job welcoming our arrival, kept their service-with-a-smile as we departed the resort. Joe from the taxi concierge made us feel that they'll be happy to have us back! The staff aimed for your satisfaction like clockwork the moment you enter the premises, and everyday, as you leave your room. It's the kind of service where they anticipate what you will need. You'll hardly need to wave or call their attention. This is what makes Le Blanc stand out from the other resorts, world class quality VIP service! And I am impressed that management paid attention and addressed the issues, like miscommunications, between reservation, pre-arrival concierge, front desk, safety, etc. They reached out to me and let me know that they looked into them and ensured they are properly addressed. As other reviews pointed out, details matter to them, no matter how small. This made us decide, we would probably return for our third trip back at Le Blanc!
