The hotel

An adults-only haven, the All Inclusive Le Blanc blends beauty, luxury and tranquillity to create the perfect environment in which to relax completely. There are three swimming pools at your disposal, two of which are infinity pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi and a full-service spa surrounded by bamboo gardens with treatments aplenty to chase those cares away. If you’re a golf enthusiast, you’ll be spoilt for choice with two challenging, beautifully landscaped Championship courses nearby, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. Where is it

Flanked by the beautiful Nichupte Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, the resort is in Cancun’s hotel zone, close to culture and nightlife. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 30 minutes.

Artemio at the main pool bar- amazing service! Great Drinks! Friendly! LeBlanc is where you need to go if If you want exceptional service. The Best of the best. The drinks are good, the food is good, the beach is beautiful, we love it here. The Cell on Ice is fantastic. We love the pineapple mimosas. And the margarita cart is fantastic.!

Top notch service and excellent experience! The resort smells fabulous all over. Every staff member is over the top amazing and goes above and beyond to make your experience memorable. The food is also delicious. We will absolutely be back again and again!

Our experience was excellent for the 2nd time, the service has no comparison and having your own butler is extremely convenient, Rossy did an amazing job setting up all reservations and changes as deemed necessary. She helped my wife to decorate the room and bringing snacks and drinks for my BDay and set up the jacuzzi always on time. The whole crew at Yama is very nice and make nice recommendations of plates an dishes to try. The morning buffet is very nice, a lot of options and fresh, they serve food until late so, we were able of doing activities early morning and still have a great late breakfast. The lobby shows are very nice, you still can have a conversation while having a nice drink and the servers are also very attentive. There are 2 servers at the beach I want to mention: Jesus and Arturo were amazing, despite the weather and being down one server, they were always on time and ready to serve. Jesus arranged a small buffet at the beach for the 2 of us with a surf and turf combination. Justo from Lumiere is an outstanding server, very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. All of the ones I mentioned here are outstanding, But, I have to say that Jesus at the beach is probably the one that stands out for his attitude and passion for his job. Read less

The customer service is impeccable - the staff is not only professional but very attentive to you & your needs! Our latest visit proved that the staff would do just about anything to make your stay special - they are willing to go beyond the normal to even silly things for your comfort and enjoyment. During our stay my husband (who was celebrating his 81stbdy), realized he forgot his dress shoes; with the help of the staff which included our concierge Cesar, our butler Brito, pool waiter Jose, front desk Charlie & Lumiere host Vanessa. They pulled off the perfect plot along with my son & daughter-in-law in getting him his shoes before his birthday dinner surprise! Had an amazing time at this resort. Great service all around. Food was the best in town from our experience. Yama was our favorite. We did the romantic dinner which was at the beach with Tomas, Roger, and Gerardo. Along with a great violinist. Butlers Joel and Marco took care of us the entire time. Along with Vanessa at concierge.
