Terrible. Problems too many to list. Property is not well maintained. When you have issues the regular staff will try to help, but as soon as management becomes involved the tone will change. They will not assist, could care less if your vacation is enjoyable. Avoid at all cost. Too many good options out there. DO NOT join Legendary, coming from a… Read more

My only complaint is that the rooms smell very musty & damp. We registered a complaint on our room & they moved us. Second room was a bit better & I think it’s just the weather & humidity that Mexico has. To be fair, it was just a couple of weeks since Hurricane Beryl came through & the resort did suffer damage. Beds, linens & towels were clean( my first priority) Pools were great and there’s entertainment every night in either lobby. Our favorites were the Beatles tribute band & the Queen Tribute Band. The latter being fantastic! Read less

Oh where to begin. We were staying six nights. We arrive on Saturday and are told we will have our adjoining rooms all six nights. They call us Wednesday to say they are moving our luggage. We are fine to pay additional money to stay where we are but the general manager wanted more than what the online price was and said oh well that’s all they… Read more

We are fine to pay additional money to stay where we are but the general manager wanted more than what the online price was and said oh well that’s all they can do. Horrible!!! Also, the A/c in the lobby doesn’t really work so when you go to dinner you are just profusely sweating. The ground are not well maintained. The pictures look a lot better than in real life. If you leave stuff at the pool, the pool guys will come and take it if you aren’t present. They advertise a water park but the water park is a hazard! Half the slides are out of commission. They have a bar area that is no longer in use but is falling apart and tile laying everywhere. It is very dirty. Not worth it. The pools are also dirty. Just not what you would expect. Read less

Please don't get me wrong, the resort is fantastic. Food and entertainment is great. There is a lot to do here , caletas (beach coves) are great. All other pool activities are great as well. Our only issue was the room. A bit mis proportioned and small. Granted we chose the economical option , However we didn't get the layout.
