Where is it

In the heart of the Riviera Maya, overlooking the award-winning white sands of Akumal Beach. Akumal, “place of turtles” in Mayan, is home to one of the largest green sea turtle populations in Mexico. Close to the area’s most unique sites including an authentic Mayan village, the world’s largest underground river and just 20 minutes from the famous Playa del Carmen. Close to Tulum Ecological Site. The world’s second largest barrier reef sits just 150 metres off the resort’s beach. Transfer time from Cancun Airport: 60 minutes.

Very attentive staff, quality food choices, extremely clean with all needs anticipated. Antonio was our concierge in the beach area and was very attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and fun to talk with.

The service was exceptional at all restaurants, cafes, and in-room dining etc. Many pools at the resort, and the rooms and bathrooms were all extremely clean.

We selected this resort based on reviews. They did not disappoint. The facility, staff, and food were wonderful. Staff went above and beyond to attend to all our needs. I would highly recommend!
