We visited for our honeymoon recently and staff ensured we recieved the best preferred service, staff are very attentive and always smiling and saying good morning. Hotel was spotless! Food was great, Dragons restaurant is a must if you go!!

We have been to this property four times. The service is very good and the staff are friendly for the most part. English speaking, kind and polished. It is a relatively small property so if you want a big sprawling resort with lots of space and options, then this wouldn't be the property for you. We have been to this property four times. The service is very good and the staff are friendly for the most part. English speaking, kind and polished. It is a relatively small property so if you want a big sprawling resort with lots of space and options, then this wouldn't be the property for you. We enjoy more of a relaxing "do nothing" vacation so we are happy with the few restaurant options and enough space by the pools to accommodate a large number of guests. Security is excellent. No tacky wristbands. Age of customers seemed to be in the range of 35-55. Some older and some younger were present, but it was a solid group of mature adults. Many different cultures were evident and the socio economic status was similar between the guests.. Not a "5" rating only because there is evidence of wear and tear. Read less

My boyfriend and I spent ~5 days at Secrets the Vine and had the most wonderful time. The staff all around are amazing, but there were a few standout servers we’d like to mention! Alejandro was our server for our final dinner at the resort (an outdoor dance/mariachi concert), and was so personable and attentive. Juan, one of the poolside servers, remembered our individual drink orders 2 days after we first ordered from him! It was impressive that he remembered us when there are so many guests coming and going. And finally, I’d like to recognize Manolo, a server at both Market Cafe and Sea Salt Grill, for his excellent service. We first met Manolo during lunch on our first full day at Sea Salt Grill, where he provided excellent suggestions for my meal. The next morning, my boyfriend and I headed to Market Cafe for breakfast, and Manolo saw us and invited us to sit in his section. His kindness made my boyfriend and I decide we wanted to start each morning at Market with Manolo, which is exactly what we did! On our last day, Manolo brought us a special dessert and a keepsake for us to remember our trip.
