Where is it

On a white sand beach, half way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, close to attractions such as archeological sites, the world's second largest coral reef, the quaint fishing town of Puerto Morelos and lots of shopping. Transfer time from airport: 15 minutes.

Amazing service from Alfredo , Alcaeus’s support the client and very helpful Amazing job very prestigious very professional . The dinner in Patio was fantastic, very good food , and with the help of Alfredo we were able to choose the best . Thanks Alfredo

El patio is delicious! Service is friendly and efficient. We loved the open kitchen to watch the chefs create our meal. The food was excellent, when we come back to Mexico we are definitely looking for this restaurant agian. Thank you El patio!!

Rooms are basic design, need updating. Landscaping needed improvement. We all felt like we were in the jungle and not a beach destination.

The staff was welcoming, accommodating and definitely wanted our experience to be top notch. We had a great welcoming vacation in July 2024 at Dreams Sapphire Resort. WE are a family of 5, kids 19,17, 15. The staff was welcoming, accommodating and definitely wanted our experience to be top notch. We stayed in one of the swim up rooms (highly recommend) while the kids were a building over in a Jr. Suite. Pools were clean, clear and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the water all around. Bar staff was always helpful and attentive. Activities staff kept us all entertained and part of the experience. We mostly dined at the buffet, where we enjoyed fresh fruit and gourmet chef created meals. We were also able to book excursions once we arrived so as to experience some local attractions and history. Read less

Stayed the week of July 4th. The hotel was great (construction going on but was barely noticeable). The staff were amazing, entertainment staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was excellent, all restaurants were great including the buffet. Rooms were nice and cold. No issues whatsoever. As always, a great place to stay.
