Haven Riviera Cancun was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax and get away from our daily busy lives. We really enjoyed our Serenity Club partial ocean view swim up suit. Haven Riviera Cancun was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax and get away from our daily busy lives. We really enjoyed our Serenity Club partial ocean view swim up suit. Our butler Sara was always available to us. She made sure we had dinner reservations, and checked in with us to make sure our needs were being met during our stay. Ernesto made sure that we always had a Passion Fruit or Guava Margarita made with Reposado in our hands; which was our favorite drinks throughout our stay. Jorge in Flavours Buffet anticipated my needs with providing a finger bowel when I would have those fresh stone crab and peel and eat shrimp during lunch. Out of all of the 15 resorts we've stayed in Quintana Roo he was the first to do this for me. Thank you Jorge! Moises at the Limes bar makes very tasty cocktails we would enjoy before and after dinner. If you like flavorful food and are in Serenity Club make sure that you have at least one breakfast and dinner at Tahani. Angel our waiter at Tahani was awesome at making our meal suggestion. The food was so good we had breakfast and dinner there twice. Last, but far from least the best Mixologist in Cancun Enrique. From 6:00 to around 9 PM Enrique would serve mixology drinks, he would make everyone feel special by explaining each drink, how it's made and telling a little joke while preparing. Watching how he was consistent with each person was educational and a delight. I would have given Haven 5 stars but could not due to an issue that happend in the spa that was rectified prior to us leaving and the beach. I love the beach and during our stay there was no seaweed in the ocean. However, the beach could have been cleared of dry old seaweed. Read less

Genuinely the best vacation I've ever had in my life. The facilities, the staff, everything was so so excellent. What an incredible week. Relaxing, lush, premium- The BEST all inclusive I've ever been to.

We had a very good time like we have never seen before in Cancun. The Haven hôtel is the place to go, All the restaurant have great food and excellent service. We had at the tahani restaurant,our Waiter Angel Gil was so nice and spectacular.

Resort is new and modern. Very clean and comfortable. Staff are amazing everywhere you good. Good beach access and soft sand. Food, alcohol and entertainment quality needs major improvement. Average at most.
