This resort is excellent from the service the food the rooms every thing about the haven is top notch I will be back next year my one complaint was the quiet pool the water was cold the beach was good even with the seaweed the water was warm the waiters and waitresses work hard so tip them they deserve it

We had an amazing stay and meeting with our wedding coordinator! We had such a great time. We wish there was more available for some of the restaurants to book for dinner but we still had other dinner options.

Haven Rivera is a must if you are looking for a tranquil but fun hotel. The facilities are beautiful, room service, customer service is also top notch. The food from breakfast to the snack in the afternoon to dinner at night is fenomenal. I highly recommend Agua Bendita. Elías was very friendly and welcoming. Our night watcher Obed made us feel safe and protected as we were at the beach in high hours of the am. After our night walk on the beach he made sure we got there safe and sound. Now let me tell you about Enrique. Enrique is the man, he works at the Moons which is an entertainment center. You can tell he genuinely likes his jobs because he reflects it to the people. He’s a very lovely man. Enrique muchas gracias por hacer esta experiencia de tres días la mejor con tu amabilidad y actitud positiva. Now with in the same subject Arthur the Dj hit on the dot. Night one for us was a bit sad as we are Latin and not much Latin music was played but once he took over the other two nights it was a game changer. Thank you Arthur.
