The food was amazing and there were a wide variety of drinks available. We also did a sunset cruise, bamboo raft float and them Tout Bagay tour that got us over to Soufriere. The tours were excellent. The people of St Lucia are so lovely. Now the only problem we had was that the AC in our room was very poor. The best we could get it was to maybe 80 on the coolest. It made for long sleep nights as the breeze dies down at night. They didn't seem to want to acknowledge the problem or that they needed a solution for this problem. Read less

Our second 2 week stay at the hotel, the first being 2 years ago when some Covid restrictions were in place. What can i say but SUPERB, the staff are friendly and attentative, the facilities are great, rooms very clean and well maintanied and the all inclusive option is definately good value. Shops and restaurants are close by and the water park and water sports make spending time on the beach an absolute pleasure. My wife particularly enjoyed the inclusive spa sessions. Nothing was too much trouble for the front desk staff to organise, including the flowers i requested for my wifes birthday and the (unrequested) bottle of bubbly that was in our room when we arrived. Did we have a good time and would we recommend Bay Gardens Resort to others - i'm sure you can draw your own conclusions. Read less

Booked through Resort for a day while on a Celebrity cruise. Second visit. Wonderful buffet style lunch, drinks very good, 4 each included. Massages are very nice. Love the inclusive price for cruisers. Would love regular mini buses rather than vans for transportation,

I am giving them a one star which I believe is too many. Absolutely no customer service. We had a reservation with them for one night in March, we were on a horse back riding tour where my son was thrown off a horse and we were taken to a emergency care clinic and then spent the day at St. Judd's hospital. They did x-rays of my 7 year olds skull but couldn't do a MRI as St. Lucia doesn't have a MRI and a CT is not good to do on the brain of a child. We were sent home to Canada so we could get the proper care he needed due to his head injury. I called the hospital the day after the incident as I was dealing with hospitals and insurance companies to get us home the day of the incident but we were within the 24hrs of cancellation. I explained the situation and I was told if I sent them the documents from the hospital they would reimburse me for our hotel stay. I sent them the documents that day. A few days later they told me that they would not reimburse but they could issue a credit for when we return. I explained that we had left the island and had no idea if or when we would ever return to St. Lucia. They then told me I need a medical certificate to get my refund. I believe that after providing multiple documents as they asked and always getting a response days later that I need to provide a new document we will never receive the refund. I understand we were 23hrs away from check in however given the circumstance and that I could provide proof of the situation they would be willing to help. Still haven't seen a credit which is no good as I will never return to St. Lucia or a refund, I am taking it as a loss. Read less
