The room was lovely and spotless and the beacj is amazing. So it the pool and hot tub. The resort I visited was The Beach Club. Overall good value, only if you get the room. I called a few days later asking for the same deal, but they said I wouldn't get a room, so didn't bother going back.

All of the staff at Bay Gardens Beach Resort, from the moment you arrive, disisplay a genuine warmth and interest in your stay, I will add that the whole team play their part in making you feel the center of attention, everyone, everywhere smiles and wants to jnow you're having a great time. We got the impression that every member of staff regardless of rank or role, put the guests before anything. I particularly liked Gus, who went out his way to check we where having a good time, everything was as we expected. I couldn't help but exchange some real banter and enjoyed his naturalsense of humour and happiness, he really loves his role, and in my mind, lead by example and both colleagues and guests became friends. And that describes why we will recommend The Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa to all, and endeavour to return.

I must say, Hospitality on point 10/10. The place was very clean. I got clean towels everyday. The food was soo delicious. To top it all off with the beach front was easy accessible. It was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for a great place to stay when visiting the islands of Saint Lucia, I would say stay at The Bay Gardens Resort & Spa because all in all, the staff was lovely, the resort was very clean, the spa was AMAZING, drinks were satisfying and the food was great!
