Thanks to Andrea, Lyndon, Brandon, Carlene, Tessa, Philip, Kenny, Gideon and the other staffs whose name has slipped my mind now, but trust me, you all made my stay enjoyable The view from the hill is unmistakeable beautiful, the grounds well kept, green and luscious. Although not by the beach, there are shuttles provided (for a fee disappointedly) that will take you to the beach (about 15minutes drive) and shopping area is close by too Another plus to this hotel, is delicious food, including a variety of food choices and night time music/entertainment A must repeat experience for me, definitely Read less

At the beginning of the holiday @60% occupancy and then it did get to 100% but even then you hardly had to wait for anything e.g. eggs at breakfast, drinks at the bars, cooking station in the evening buffet. The friendliness of the staff was unbelievable. The food quality was excellent in the buffet and the a la cart. Entertainment was finished before11pm and the rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. As it is surrounded by gardens one has to be careful of insect bites. The only drawbacks were that it was not suitable for going for a walk after dinner outside the hotel and the beach wasn't the best but this was a small price to pay for such a wonderful holiday. It is a quiet, very relaxing hotel but what really makes it are the staff. I can honestly say we have never been to a hotel where the staff are so friendly & we travel a lot! There are two many to mention by name but what a lovely group of people. The only negative is the location as you can’t walk out of the hotel but that is a personal preference & the hotel puts on a free shuttle to the town & the beach. An absolute must! Read less

The views were spectacular as shown in the attached photos. The staff make this hotel very special. Quincy, Cyprian, Kisha, Brandon, Lyndon, Olga, Danielle, Bianka, Phil, Italia, Ivania, to name just a few. Apologies to the staff I haven’t named. Dean, the manager, is so visible and regularly chatted to everyone in the hotel. Any problems were sorted extremely quickly and very professionally. The hotel is situated on a very steep hill which does prevent a stroll into town. We only ventured out on trips or by taxi. As the St Lucia football team were staying at the hotel, we had the joy of seeing them play in their World Cup qualifying match! Shame they lost. The entertainment was great fun. The quiet pool with its self serve bar was perfect. The food was always of a good standard with the Al a Carte restaurant in the evening being our preference which was always a high standard. Lulus Cabana was our favourite for lunch and again very tasty. I can recommend this hotel in so many ways. Read less
