Absolutely fabulous hotel! I have no complaints, all the staff from the minute I arrived were so friendly, helpful, to make my stay a real pleasure. A family run business which has those little touches, mindsets different to the large corporate hotels. Situated in a lovely part of St Vincent “Villa”. Your first impressions are the gardens, lots of plant, shrubs with bloom very floral, well kept and it gives that oasis feel. Deluxe room ticked all the boxes lovely large bed, tv, large bathroom/shower, digi box tv, fridge and a sofa which suited me for use at times having to do some work. A top chef with a great team, lovely food, excellant waitress, waiters, bar staff with a beautiful setting looking out on to the bay. Day time out by the pool, big enough to do a few strokes or just to cool off or the option to take a few steps down and your on the beach. Minutes away from the hotel are other options for dining, bars, pool tables if you need or should require a change. Thank you all for making my stay such a joy and keep up the great service and work ethic. Highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. When I return to St Vincent with my family we will be staying at Beachcombers Hotel. Read less

We stayed a total of 6 nights here on our first visit to St Vincent and Bequia. The hotel and room were very clean, staff were helpful and friendly and we had no complaints. The small pool area could do with more shaded areas, but this is a small criticism. I would like to thank the hotel for its kindness in allowing my wife to stay all day in the… Read more

I would like to thank the hotel for its kindness in allowing my wife to stay all day in the room on our last day when she was feeling unwell before our flight home at no charge. Recommended. The position of the hotel is stunning, looking out over the blue ocean to Young Island and other Grenadines and with access to a lovely little beach. The beach itself is used by cruise ships and locals, so sometimes gets a little crowded, but the hotel has its own little pool if needs be. Our room is comfortable and clean. We feel we have made a good choice. Read less

Be very wary of this hotel and do not stay here as they are untrustworthy and dishonest. My company put me in his hotel and paid for the cheapest accommodation and so was planning on paying for an upgrade and paying the difference. The friendly front desk person showed me several rooms and then told me the price. I then agreed and we signed the room rental agreement and I paid the difference. A few hours later she told me that she had made a mistake and the cost would be twice the price. I was astounded and told her that the hotel cannot do a bait and switch on me as that is wrong. I have paid and moved into the room. She said she would have to ask her manager and get back to me. The next day I checked back in and she said she was waiting to hear from her manager. She then said she would have to get approval to take the money to pay the difference from the company that booked my hotel. The firm who booked and paid for the room had a credit since one person had to cancel, 2 weeks in advance, and they were given a credit. I asked her what does the company that booked and paid for the hotel have to do with my transaction. Since the upgrade was just between me and the hotel. She said there was no connection. She was still waiting to hear back. Near the end of my stay, I asked if the issue was resolved and did I owe anything for the room. she said I did not owe anything more for the room. I later found out they charged the company for the extra amount, using up part of their credit and at the same time lied to my face that this issue was resolved. The company is deducting the money from my payment as a result. I am still astounded by their bald-faced lies and would never stay here again. I advise all to avoid this hotel like the plague. I will review the restaurant separately Read less
