Sandals Saint Vincent

Sandals Saint Vincent is an excellent new resort. It will be even better when it's completed by June 2024. The beach and ocean at this resort was one of the best. Food is great especially at Butch's, Buchan's and Sora's although they are all great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our Butler team of Diane, Ranell and Raynesia were the best we've had at any Sandals Resort to date. They went above and beyond to give us a great Saint Vincent experience. We had a magical time at this brand new resort was so refreshing in such a modern classy with unmatched hospitality resort! The food was overall excellent! Coffee shop with great delicious choices! Ou favorite was Butches and Parasol Beach club great ambience and food! Few people made our trip very memorable are Taskia manages health dept. such a warm hearted caring above and beyond customer service have never seen at another sandals! My husband and I decide to do an all inclusive resort for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. My husband planned the entire trip and he did not disappoint and neither did Sandal, St. Vincent. From the moment we arrived, we had transport at the airport ready to pick us up. The ride to the resort only took about 45 minutes (traffic was working in our favor.) When we arrive we were greeted by the mostly loving young women singing a local song, and it really set the mood. Then we met our head butler Diane and she took us to our bungalow and gave us a quick tour of the 50 acre resort. Butler services was a special treat that my husband surprised me with and the team of butlers; Dianne, Kellisha, and Ronell, treated us like complete royalty. They were there every morning to drive us to the pool if we wished and were there every night for turn down services. Are room was always full stocked with whatever our needs or request were and we never had to ask for anything twice. These three individuals add such a luxurious experience to our anniversary, we cannot thank them enough. They some how always seemed to know where Tod and I were throughout the resort and always knew exactly where we needed no matter where we were. All of the restaurants were fantastic and the resort itself was breathtakingly beautiful. We swam in every pool, we tried every restaurant; we did an ATV excursion in the jungle and out view Turtle Island and Black Sand Beach, very fun!!! We attend a sunset cruise which was lovely with lots of great history around Johnny Depp's Pirates of the Caribbean, which was filmed not far from the island. There were many more excursion we could have taken, but it was our honeymoon and we were into relaxing and enjoying. All in all it was a wonderful resort; fantastic hospitality; and just a beautiful place to unwind and check out should you choose. Had an awesome time at Sandals Saint Vincent. My husband and I arrived on opening day and stayed here for 1 week. It is a beautiful resort in a truly unique location surrounded by mountains and the sea. Our suite was huge and luxurious with views of the sea, the resort and the mountains. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and was cleaned every day by the wonderful housekeeping staff who ensured that we had everything we needed including restocking our well stocked fridge and bar. We enjoyed the many pools, including the swim up bar pool and the heart shaped pool which was our favourite place to relax as a couple. We also enjoyed relaxing on the beach and swimming in the sea. We ate at all of the restaurants which had delicious food and great service from all of the staff. We enjoyed the dining experience at Buccan made extra special by the awsome service from Lizrette and the rest of the team. We enjoyed dinner at Butch's steakhouse with great service from Tiffany and at Scrimshaw with great service from Shanett. We had breakfast at Sora and were welcomed each morning by Shantel with a beautiful smile and great service which was always a great start to our day. Our Concierge Sameera was awesome and took great care of us. Bar manager Kandice was great fun and always had a smile for us and a greeting whenever we saw her. Hotel manager Rohan is so wonderful, always greeting us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Shout out to some of the other staff who made our stay at this resort extra special - Akeela, Leana, Nerissa, Kim, Claire, Lenka, Jelani, Shatal, Bertram & Jermani (Jerk Shack), Glen, Ken & Everton (Watersport) and all the staff at the photo centre.
