The first floor features a living room, day bed with trundle, dining room, breakfast nook, and the first bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms - one with large bathroom with oversized tub, and the other with en-suite bathroom with shower and tub combination. Key West Beachfront Four-Bedroom Butler Villa Residence with Private Pool are individual homes situated directly on the beach. Each villa has three floors; the ground floor has a full kitchen, fully furnished living room and dining room, bedroom, and bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The first floor boasts the master bedroom and master bathroom with an over-sized jetted soak tub. The third and fourth bedrooms are also on the first floor. The three bathrooms have a combination tub and shower. The third floor boasts a comfortable sunroom or private patio overlooking the beach and Caribbean Sea. Outside there is a large porch, covered dry area and a private pool.
