The hotel is in the heart of everything in walking distance. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I visited the gift shops next door and bought a few souvenirs. The overall experience was excellent. Just the wifi was in and out. The breakfast need more variety and the hot water was limited at one point.

We had a group stay here for a week. The resort is compact and has a nice deck and pool. Breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Some issues with AC in some of the rooms. Rooms are decent sized. Mini fridge. Room safe. No elevators. Limited smoking areas. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride away. Grocery across the street. The "no see um"… Read more

From booking to checkout this is our absolute favorite place to stay when in TCI, Providenciales. Service is cheerful, fun, and island authentic. The lush grounds and the pool are well maintained, the rooms are tastefully decorated and stocked with convenient amenities and crisp bright white thirsty towels. The beds are pillow-top heaven. Fixtures are modern and attractive. A light breakfast is complimentary as is parking, if you have a rental vehicle. The employees truly like working there, and it shows with every one of them. From the front desk, to the bar, to maintenance, to housekeeping. Mr. Everything, as I like to call him - other folks know him as Watson, has been with the resort since it opened and runs the bar. He's an entertaining treasure, with a wealth of information about the resort and TCI in general. While the resort is not directly on the Grace Bay, the beach is just a short walk away. They also provide a beach shuttle until 5:30 each day, and have a dedicated beach area with very nice chaise lounges and umbrellas. I like that it is a smaller resort, whether you're going to the beach or to the pool, there are no long treks or elevator rides to and from the room. It's only 2 buildings, each three stories -as opposed to a few other towering ones along the beach, which personally, I think are an eyesore and detract from the natural beauty of the area. The next time we visit, we're going to book one of the three villas on the property! Lastly, it's more reasonably priced than other resorts in the area, for sure!! I could go on - there's so much more! Read less

That middle ground for me is Providenciales and the healing space there is Ports of Call. For more ghan a decade it has been home away from home. When I arrived this trip enroute to Haiti my room was decorated with local flora. The team here always greet returning guests with "Welcome home!" It truly is a place one feels welcome and healing happens. Read less
