The resort is a good location and a short walk from Grace Bay! The room itself is spacious, I just wished it was a bit cleaner and/ or upgraded! The bathroom needs work, the water damage on the door frame is bad near the shower, and it looks moldy, as is the tub caulking. The paint is also peeling in the bathroom. Upon arrival, the AC was broken, but upon request, it was replaced promptly. Also, when booking, request to not stay near the pool! We could hear guests outside until 5am. on one night. I wish they had a sound ordinance! The staff and available items for use are a plus! Good value for the area! Read less

Celebrated a big birthday with friends that I’ve known since kindergarten. It’s hard to please 5 very different people with different ideas of what they want/need in a vacation hotel but this resort did it! Pros - Location location location - walking distance to the beach, supermarket and several restaurants - private villa accommodated us all with a kitchen, living room, dining area, outside patio and a semi-private pool (shared with neighbors) - free continual breakfast that managed to satisfy even my most picky friend who has a ton of food allergies - friendly accommodating staff - has their own section of the beach with chairs and equipment rental (free) - activities for the kids - priced really well for the amenities and the location - 2.5 baths for 5 females worked well - tons of cute little shops in the square and within walking distance Cons (and I say cons only so people are aware, these would not stop me from booking again) - bathrooms shower had no door. If you’re sharing a room with a girlfriend and don’t want her see you bathe, she has to leave the room and you close the bedroom door. Not a big deal if you’re a couple and don’t mind seeing each other bathe but awkward with friends There are a ton of luxury hotels in the area but if you’re looking for more budget friendly accommodations so you can spend more on food, souvenirs and activities, this resort fits the bill. It was exactly what my friends and I needed and we will remember our special trip in this special place for the rest of our lives. Read less

This was our third time staying here, and if you want to travel on a budget and stay in the heart of Grace Bay, this is the place! For everyone looking at Airbnbs to save on a stay in Turks, I'd say—just come stay here. It's the same price, and you get a delicious breakfast! The best thing is the location. It's within walking distance of virtually everything! There's a grocery store just across the street and at least 10 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. It was awesome. The room was clean, and the staff was always nice and friendly. I have to mention Mercedes from breakfast—this girl is just amazing! She's always trying to help with everything, no matter if it's her job or not—I loved it! Justin at the beach was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect beach day. Bernard at the front desk was fantastic too, always ready with great recommendations. The manager, Aggie, was awesome as well. She always made sure to say hi and ask how our stay was going whenever she saw us. It’s those little extras that will make us come back as soon as we can! When I stay at three-star hotels back home, I don't get this kind of treatment. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be back again and again! Read less

She gave us the best recommendations and was always going the extra mile. I would recommend the resort to anyone who is visiting the islands. Read less

We came to T&C for a Liveaboard SCUBA trip. We arrived a few days early and stayed at Ports of Call (POC) Resort (booked directly w/POC). Price was the best for us. Once we got here, we realized the ROI! ~ $33 by shared taxi for me and my husband from the airport ~ Complimentary drinks🍹 ~ Pool and bar area are very well maintained and great atmosphere (I’m writing this from the lounge chairs) ~ Room is comfortably spacious (especially with 4 bags with SCUBA gear 🤿 ) & was ready early. It has a small dorm-like/square refrigerator, coffee pot (you can ask at the front desk for in-room coffee supplies), desk w/2 chairs, TV (never turned it on), bathroom with overhead rain shower head. ~ POC has a dedicated beach area 🐚 across the street at Grace Bay (BEAUTIFUL BEACH). Lounge chairs are already set up with umbrellas. ⛱️☀️ ~ POC has attendants at the beach if you need anything like drinks at the bar at the hotel. They have life vests for you to use with their paddle boards and kayaks. 🏄 ~ They offer a large golf cart shuttle if you don’t feel like walking to the beach. 🚷. We’ve been to beautiful beaches like the Maldives, but this beach is the best! Crystal clear water and white sand! ~ breakfast is offered until 10:00 AM with cereal 🥣 , fruit 🍌 coffee ☕️ juice 🧃 cold cuts, cheese 🧀 toast, and they indicate at least three mornings a week with hot options (we had eggs 🥚 and bacon 🥓). Water and coffee is available throughout the day. ~Tap water is ok to drink here in T&C. We brought water 💧 bottles. ~ Bar has Happy Hour and events each night. We really liked the local Turk’s Head beer (buy one get one half off - typical Happy Hour on the island) ~ POC has souvenir shops 🏬 , restaurants, jewelry 💍 store, ice cream shop, coffee and pastries cafe. If you didn’t want to explore, you could stay at POC! ~ we walked 30 minutes to Provo’s Thursday night fish 🎣 fry. We ate dinner at Mr. Groupers instead of standing in long lines at the booths. Lot’s of vendors with many of the same souvenirs. ~ we forgot our ear 👂 drops. There was a dive shop a few blocks away, but they were sold out. Lo and behold, there is a grocery store a block from POC!!! It was beautiful! Fruits 🍎 veggies 🥦 fish 🐠 meat 🥩 wine 🍷 and beer 🍺. POC has a BBQ area! ~ POC is a small resort, not like a Ritz-Carlton (down the street). It is a gem 💎 in paradise 🏝️ Read less
