Best bang for the buck in Grace Bay. Beach was great, but it was about 100yds from the hotel (I believe there is a shuttle - but only saw it once). Rooms are clean and newly appointed. Pool area is great. Only one note for maintenance - we had a ground floor pool side room, which was great - however the air conditioning units from all of the rooms… Read more

Pool area is great. Only one note for maintenance - we had a ground floor pool side room, which was great - however the air conditioning units from all of the rooms above leaked down onto the patio area, so it was always wet and wasn’t really a usable area. A little gutter above the door would go a long way to making the area usable. Read less

Affordable and close to everything! Staff very nice and helpful - property has everything that one might need and includes a perfect continental breakfast. The shops and restaurants are a close walk from the property and the beach at Grace Cay is perfect.

Rooms are nice. The common areas need a major upgrade. The video of resort is not the same in person besides the rooms. Those are nice. First thing I noticed when we walked in was the welcome mat. It looked like it was 20 years old and dirty. Not a good first impression. They did change it one day with another dirty one. Staff was nice. Some updated landscaping would also help change the appearance in the common areas and on the outside of the hotel. Pool area is similar to an older hotel pool area. Hot tub is ancient . Ping pong and pool tables are old. Hammock had a hole in it. Beach access is close and easy but it is the public access point as well. So sometimes pretty busy but not bad at all and of course the beach was great. They did have paddle boards and kayaks free to use. And the chairs and umbrellas were good to have. Overall I would recommend someone to stay there if they just needed a nice clean room to stay, close to the beach, for a very good price in a very popular area. Conveniently located. Read less

I first want to say that I was very disappointed in my stay…we got to the hotel and the room had such a moldy odor. It was so bad that we went to the grocery store and got air freshener spray. The air was not cold. Our room would never go below 74-75 degrees. Our room had iced cold water?! I spoke to the front desk and they were helpful and said… Read more
I first want to say that I was very disappointed in my stay…we got to the hotel and the room had such a moldy odor. It was so bad that we went to the grocery store and got air freshener spray. The air was not cold. Our room would never go below 74-75 degrees. Our room had iced cold water?! I spoke to the front desk and they were helpful and said they will have maintenance fix it but then the hot water only last for a few days after they fixed it.. I was so upset. The first two nights of staying here the fire alarm went off on the second floor at 4 a.m. ridiculous? 2 nights in a row at the same time both nights?! I wanted to leave this “resort” so bad but nothing else was available since it was 4th of July week. The breakfast area was not well cleaned so we didn’t even try the free breakfast. As far as the beach goes there was so much trash right by the beach chairs that are provided for the port of call guests. It was absolutely so gross the smell was horrible when you were sitting on the beach since it was right behind us. The chairs are pretty much first come first serve and if you get there after 10 am you are screwed from having a chance to sit close to the water to hear the waves. I was so upset the whole trip just because my boyfriend and I wanted to relax but we actually COULD NOT due the room issues and the beach chairs/area being so gross and loud. One other thing that was so ridiculous was that POC provides you with these chairs and umbrellas but our umbrella was broke bc of the wind that day and we asked them to give us another one and he said I can’t? It was the weirdest/rude thing. I actually felt so uncomfortable staying at this resort because I felt like I could have enjoyed a lake trip back in GA more than I did on this trip. Fr don’t stay here! Take it from me! Read less
