The hotel

Relaxation and tranquility is what you’ll find at this laidback boutique hotel on the golden shores of Grace Bay. But the resort’s major highlight is the spectacular coral reef just 20 yards from the shore – perfect for both experienced and novice divers alike. It’s not just snorkelling you can enjoy at the Windsong, there’s a range of complimentary activities on offer including kayaks, glass bottom boats, and bicycle rental for you to get out and explore the surrounding areas, both on land and sea! Many of the room types have kitchenettes or even fully equipped kitchens so you can cook up a storm for the family. But if you fancy a bit less work, Dune offers beachfront dining with fresh dishes cooked to perfection. After dinner enjoy a cocktail under the stars in the hotels outdoor seating area and savour that warm weather.

Rooms with kitchens are very helpful. The resort is well-maintained and mostly new. It is right on the reef, so no need to plan for additional excursions. There is only one restaurant in the resort. Your best bet is to shop at a market on your way from the airport. Or bring some items with you.

This hotel is a gem. One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. We had a large suite with plenty of space and a balcony. The food was good. The beach is awesome, and you walk right out to it. I gave this review a lot of thought. We booked an oceanfront room and "requested" an upper floor. However, we were given a first floor room with a partial view of the water and a big view and sound of the pool. Breakfast was okay, and prices for eggs extra were fair. But for the prices I paid, I was very disappointed to find that there was a… Read more
I gave this review a lot of thought. We booked an oceanfront room and "requested" an upper floor. However, we were given a first floor room with a partial view of the water and a big view and sound of the pool. Breakfast was okay, and prices for eggs extra were fair. But for the prices I paid, I was very disappointed to find that there was a charge for snorkels and fins. The beach is very close to the chairs, forcing people to walk almost over you to get by, and the waves came comes up the chairs. Overall, the units are nice but it is overpriced and cuts corners to save a few dollars. Good location, but music at night was annoying. Will try another place next year. Read less

We had the most amazing experience during our stay at Windsong on the Reef. From the seamless check in process with a welcoming drink to the clean spacious suite with a gorgeous view. I particularly love how close the property is to the beach and how readily available pool and beach seating were. The room service and poolside service made everything so convenient. The highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the staff. The butler Khalil went above and beyond to ensure we had excellent service and excursion. He connected us with the chef and their team prepared the most delicious Caribbean feast my family and friends ever had! The ladies who coordinated the dinner made the space so beautiful, were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you to the staff at Windsong for making this one of best vacations in the Caribbean! Read less
