A great trip from the moment Maria greeted us at reception... ...an amazing view from the restaurant and excellent service throughout my stay. I even managed to escape before the arrival of Typhoon Yagi, so fortune was favouring me on this occasion!

Very good hotel and staff is accommodating. The room is very nice and tidy. Recommended hotel to experience relaxed and homey vibes. It’s just like home away from home feels. And to JOJO who assisted us at the front desk and giving priority because my wife is 4 months pregnant. Thumbs up to staff!

Cons; Front desk staff are super slow and don't respond to queries (I spoke to the front desk about an issue 4 times and after the 4th time I was told they'd get back to me, I just gave up) Rooms are very dated (tiles missing in bathroom, stains on carpet) and not… Read more

I booked the Deluxe Harbour View Room with Club Access for a 4-day, 3-night birthday celebration in Hong Kong. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks at the 41st floor were delightful, with a spectacular view and commendable food quality. However, the promised benefits of the Harbour Club fell short: 1. The personalized check-in and check-out service at the 41st floor has been unavailable since COVID days (as informed by the 41/F staff when inquired), despite being advertised in the website, email confirmation and benefits letter provided upon arrival. 2. No welcome amenity or welcome drink/tea was provided as advertised. 3. Late check-out was advertised (website says until 18:00 while email confirmation mentioned 15:00) but we were only granted extension until 14:00, which is similar to late check-out time offered to regular room guests. Instead, the staff mentioned that we have to pay extra if we want to stay until 18:00 (so it means it was available?). This contradicted the complimentary extension for Harbour Club guests. There was initial confusion during check-in regarding our Club Access booking, and no response from my booking comment was received regarding early check-in. Also, I noted in the booking comment that one of the guests was celebrating his birthday. However, they lacked of any celebratory gesture or even a simple greeting letter, which was disappointing coming from a 5-star establishment. Overall, while the food and views are a hit to remember, you can forget about the other missed club benefits. Read less
