First visit to Hong Kong and stayed for 4 days. On arrival the concierge team did an excellent job in helping us. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Despite being incredibly busy when we arrived they took time and made us feel welcome individuals. That doesn’t happen often in large hotels. All staff went the extra mile. Our room was spacious , comfortable and the standard you would expect. We didn’t use the buffet as we had other arrangements but it looked amazing with a good selection for everyone. Location was very convenient for MRT - Wham Poa which is just around the corner and is end of the line so made finding our way around simpler. Pool area well laid out though the changing room area was the only part of the hotel we felt in need of some upgrade. Throughout our stay there were weddings taking place which we found fascinating seeing the traditional dress of some bride & grooms. Totally recommend this hotel and would use on a future visit. We stayed here for a few weeks. Loved the stunning harbour view of our room at this 5-star hotel. A convenient location for public transport liked ferry, bus & underground train as well as the eateries were surely pluses. Services could be better. Some reception staff tended to be robotic and did not seem want to be here. Most housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. When issues arose, the hotel normally got it sorted quicky. However, the cleaning standard in the room and swimming pool needed drastic improvements. Housekeeping did include vacuuming every week during this stay, however, not a single time included dusting or wiping tables, furnitures or shower room . Neither did the swimming pool and surroundings including sun lounges except a robot crawler on the pool's bottom. The whole pool area was filthy. When the robot crawler stopped working one evening, there was no cleaning at all until the day we left. I would say an excellent hotel if the hygiene issue got addressed by management. Read less

We stayed at the Harbour Grand Kowloon in late Oct 2024. We booked and received a harbour view club room, the rooms was spacious, clean and the view was amazing. Breakfast was great with a good selection of food. The club drinks at 5.00pm were a bit of a disappointment to us - poor selection of food and drinks and the room was very sterile, no music just a TV with local news playing... The door staff were excellent and always happy and smiling. Our room cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the room. Close to MTR and loads of shops, 7/11 just 5 minute walk and plenty of restaurants nearby. Taxi's always available out the front of the hotel. Would we stay here again, yes absolutely probably wouldn't pay the extra for the club! Read less
