Located in downtown Kowloon, just beside Nathan Road, an iconic shopping street. 1 minute from nearest Metro station. Transfer time from Hong Kong International Airport: 45 minutes.

The room had a table and chair, easy chair and footstool. Luggage case stand. Safe. Fridge. Kettle. Water dispenser in reception. No tolietries provided. Bath and a shower over it. Tissues. Hairdryer. 2 usb sockets, but only on one side of the bed, which was annoying and a few UK style 3 pin plug sockets around the room. Slippers. Tv with a good range of western and Asian channels. English speaking ones, including films and news. Air con worked well. WiFi ok, but cut off the minute you check out. Not very friendly, considering the number of cases being looked after by the concierge every day, so lots of departing guests probably waiting for transfers. Facilities for departing guests waiting for transport is not good, with seating for only about 12 people on a long wicker seat, toilets requiring a key from reception and no charging points. . Breakfast was good, with a good choice of western and Asian food. Read less

I enjoyed 2 nights, very clean, very convinient, near MTR, convinient from airport & to airport. there was no need to take a bus and taxi.

Location is awesome, near MTR station. Buffet breakfast is great. Room is not sound proof, I know that the occupants from the other room uses his shower, I can hear noise from the adjacent room.

The location is good because the hotel is near to the metro station and not far from the night market. Rooms are not so big and maybe in need of renewal. Price in august was quite high for a standard room with no breakfast included. There is the opportunity to refill water bottles at the lobby.

We brought our U20 Lacrosse team to Hong Kong for the U20 World Championships and has the absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel. We stayed for close to two and a half weeks and were treated to a phenomenal stay in both logistical accomodations and unbelievable customer service from every member of the hotel staff. The rooms were spotless upon arrival and the maid/cleaning service was flawless. Rooms were kept and serviced flawlessly. Check in was also a breeze, and when travelling with a group of close to 30 that is a challenge that the staff handled perfectly. They thought of everything and communicated with us in the manner a 5 star hotel would. When it came to flexibility they were able to handle all of our requests without delay and always in the most pleasant manner. As fabulous the hotel was for its accomodations, it paled in comparison to how courteous and friendly absolutely everyone was. We were treated like Kings and Queens with everything we did. The staff are truly the difference makers at this property. The food was outstanding and their catering department lead by an extremely professional and dedicated Manager and staff. Food was fresh, well presented, and delicious. The ability to acquire a banquet room with the appropriate notice was essential and they took care of this without a hitch. I am literally counting down the days until I can return to Hong Kong, and there seriously NO DOUBT that this is where I plan to stay again.
