If that sounds too much like hard work, after all you are on holiday – why not book a massage and relax in the Jacuzzi a while, indulge in The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood experience or upgrade to have access to The Langham Club lounge where you can unwind with refreshments and nibbles served throughout the day. Dinner time presents the most difficult choice of the holiday…Will you go for authentic Cantonese cuisine at Three Michelin-Starred T’ang Court, seasonal imported steaks and fresh seafood specialties at Bostonian Seafood & Grill, International fusion at The Food Gallery or New York style treats from Main St. Deli? Wifi was adequate (not stellar). Hard to turn off the annoying in room TV which seemed to turn itself on all the time. We booked a package which included 50% off dining in the hotel but were only able to use it for one meal because all the restaurants were either closed for renovation or full (and the discount did not apply to room service). Felt that was a bit of a con - so if you book that package be sure to book the restaurants as well before you arrive. Read less

My husband has been under quite a bit of stress at work so when the Langham promoted the "stay safe" discount for vaccinated persons, I booked a couple nights for us to help him with his stress. Unfortunately, it seemed that our trip at the Langham was a bit "cursed" and things kept going wrong with this booking. 1) We booked the city view deluxe and upon check in they told him, they had upgraded us. This upgrade included being located right next to hotel construction and in a room where the phone was not working. It didn't really feel like an upgrade, as we were having to contact the front desk periodically throughout the weekend to see when the drilling was going to stop. These rooms shouldn't be in service during construction or there should be notice on the hotels website when booking about the construction noise, so guests are aware of the issue. 2)The metal stairs in the pool have a slippery bit and resulted in one of us cutting our toe (splitting our toe nail in half) in the pool. We appreciated how quickly the pool staff reacted and the first aid kit that was available to guests but hopefully this will be fixed, as it could be quite dangerous to elderly or younger guests. Some good bits- The lady who cleaned our room on Friday morning was so kind to us. We really appreciated her. The duty manager Grace really tried her best and was very sympathetic to our issues with the drilling and things not working in our room. Would we return to the Langham? Probably not based on this experience. But I think we got the worst of it. Not exactly what we wanted for a "stress free" couple of days. Read less

I felt very happy in my stay. Especially I would like to thank you Noel (guest relation team) and Sam (in-room-dining), they did a good job and made guest feeling very warm and helpful. The English style room were extremely beautiful and I took a lot of pictures. Thank you Langham gave me a memorable stay.

We were 2nd time stay in this hotel, it was a lot better than 1st time, no matter room, food or service. Even we went to the same breakfast restaurant (The Food Gllery), it tasted better than before. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend to others.
