Visit to CHI the spa . ℹ highly recommend the massage. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. The massage beds are heated- wonderful!! Everyone was extremely helpful & kind. Darshim has magic hands & gave the best back & neck massage I have had for a long time- 🙏

It was a very nice experience. Very fulfilling. The service was well above what was expected. The Lounge is doing spectacular work, I came with my friends and family and the Horizon Lounge team, Amit Bharde, along with the service leaders Shikha and Tamanna did an amazing job. Syed, Nair, Nikhil and Jerome were very professional.

Good ambience..umesh Pradhan from high bar is a very nice guy who guide you in selecting drink or dish nice guy .... very pleasant place to dine with your loved one or friends...Indian cuisine dishes were good and Pradhan guided us to choose Dishes

Hype Bar We firstly asked for a Negroni, but it was not on the menu, it couldn't be made. Then we settled for the very common Magarita, a sweet lime soda and a glass of warm water. How wrong can a star hotel of repute go wrong with the above order? The magararitas were one of the worst we've ever had, lacking in lime juice and everything else.… Read more

The key ingredients were missing.The sweet lime soda, a commonly ordered drink, was terrible as well. As for the humble glass of warm water, it was boiling hot and my friend couldn't even hold the glass. Terrible, careless service. No attention to detail. On paying the bill, we complained to the lady attending around. She looked apologetic but couldn't do much. Really pathetic for a hotel of your reputation. Never again Read less
