Beautiful and well organised architecture. Very large room and shower ( strongest ever had) with all possible amenities. Coffee maker etc. Loads of water bottles. Comfortable bed. Excellent ac. I visited their Le Belverdere roof top restaurant. We had an amazing experience. The view was exquisite. India gate was looking beautiful from the top. They served us authentic Chinese food. Food was very good. Staffs were very polite and professional. I would like to mention Mr. Anand for his warm gesture and service.

Fantastic location, exceptional service. Shout out to.Manisha Rawat at the lobby Coffee shop for taking the time to create some extra seating for us and creating an Exceptional cup of Flat White! Will definitely Plan on staying here again.

But thankfully I was given an upgrade to a room which was just the same but because of few finishing touches started feeling luxurious. I wish they would do the same with the other rooms too . Now why the five stars … we’ll each and every member of the staff makes you feel like royalty! Amazing and exceptional hospitality by every staff member. They go out of their way to please you. I would especially mention Mr Manish Mehta in the coffee shop who went the extra mile to provide us with our favourite breakfast. They even found a small object I had left behind and I could not believe that the person who answered at the lost and found ( Mr Sompal) would also be trained to show such courtesy . Brilliant!
