Stayed there in August for a event hosted by Hong Kong Tourism Board. It was a very nice hotel with solid staff. The high floor rooms have a great view look at many trees and the sky. The Atrium design is very beautiful and you can watch the surrounding through the elevator as it ascends to your floor. Some staff was remarkable. Such as Karan Singh from Front office, who greeted me by name and also offered assistance for my luggage when leaving for the airport. Another staff I would like to show appreciation to was Gurpreet Singh, the duty manager. He was handling a very urgent matter for me due to emergency and he did an excellent job. A very professional and helpful duty manager. Hope to hotel can keep it up and continue to provide great service! Read less

I was surprised to learn from a review that this hotel is more than 40 years old. It is very well maintained and does not look at all an old hotel. The 3 bubble lifts were functioning very well and fast. The corridors from the lift lobby leading to the rooms are well carpeted and very posh and clean. The moment we stepped out of the lift, we were welcome with very soothing scent. This is one of the cleanest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed. The room attendants deserved the credits for keeping the spacious room spick and span. They were very friendly and helpful. However, their over enthusiasm in greeting us whenever they see us leaving or returning to our room and asking us whether we required any thing else can become a bit of irritant and lead me to believe that they may be asking for tips. The shower room is well maintained too and toiletries are of good quality. We stayed in Room 1217 and the view from the room was beautiful with so much greenery and we watched the flock of falcons flying around gracefully. A beautiful sight. Breakfast spread at the lobby restaurant is reasonable and the local fare is delicious. I am very impressed with the attentive services by the serving staff. And I appreciate that there is a “push cart” outside the restaurant for “Grab & Go Breakfast” for guests who are in a rush. Very nice touch. The food was amazing.Anant and Altaf were amazing.The food was presented well definitely deserves a michalin star. THE live music certainly made everyone delighted. The service was really fast. Anant and Altaf were very sweet and recommended us good food.

So we came here for dinner at The one . The servers we met and came across were Vinay . Deepak, Bisht and Aman were really nice and gave us best of the service . The food was really very nice ! Thankyou for the Amazing hospitality and wonderful service

Excellent service! I enjoyed the food and the service! We had a lunch at Le Meridien Chinese Restaurant! We ate chicken and rice! It was wonderful. I hope to come back and try other food! I recommend anyone who likes good food and prefer good service!
