But we definitely recommend the Lotus Cafe for Sunday brunch, with special entertainment and fun food for kids (and plenty of food and drink to enjoy for the adults too), it's a hit with all the family. If you're here as part of a business trip, think about upgrading to an Executive room which includes access to the lounge where you can work in peace whilst enjoying hors d'ouevres and selected complimentary refreshments. When you're not working, enjoy a dip in the infinity pool or head to the sauna and steam room to recharge.

The hotel is located very close to the airport. Checkin experience was ok. We had booked an Ocean View Room with Twin Bed configuration for one night. We were allotted a room right at the end of the long corridor on the 4th floor. It was quiet a walk from the lift area. The size is small compared to the price we paid. It is very compact and the Juhu beach is visible at an angle from the room. The room had a painting next to the bed which was pretty scary. The voices from the adjacent room were clearly audible to us. The Buffet breakfast was good with a lot of variety and service was pleasant. Overall, the stay was average. Room size was a concern and probably we had high expectations and were disappointed with what we got. Read less

Me and my parents had been travelling India for a month, so we had a varied experience at several hotels. Most were excellent, but we noticed at a couple of hotels that they struggle to cater to guests at busy periods. This was not the case at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu - we were never made to feel like we had to wait a very long time for something irrespective of how busy they were. Staff were always readily available to tend to our needs on majority of occasions, which put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our stay and relax, which was exactly what we were there for at the end of a long trip. The service was exceptional! Had an issue with some noise from other guests outside my room a few times late at night, but Rajesh Jamnani, the Front Desk Manager, was quick to resolve this, and had me moved to another room and upgraded my room. He also organised a hotel taxi for us to the airport and take away breakfast when we checked out. The restaurant and kitchen staff were truly wonderful, and going above and beyond to cater for us, as were the housekeeping staff who ensured that we had everything we needed in our rooms and were refreshed twice a day, and would add lovely touches to the room. Loved the fact that we had a private access to Juhu beach via the hotel at the back. Would love to come and stay here again! Read less

The banquet service is super here and the food is also amazing. Whole day staff were on their toes and quick for any help required. Deepak and Rohan from Banquet team were very supportive……………………………………….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We traveled from Europe to Mumbai for the sole purpose of spending a week of relaxation at an excellent hotel in a vacation surrounding and access to top notch ayurveda massage facilities. We found all that and more at JW Marriott Juhu Beach. All was extraordinary from the booking process (... and the help via phone and internet of front desk manager Mr. Rajeshkumar Jamnani to the room, the executive lounge and its superlative service minded staff ( I must mention Ms. Athing, Mr. Nachi and Mr Rohan) to the top notch in-house Quam Spa where each day of our stay we received Abhyanga treatment from knowledgeable masseur Sachin Rao. We are returning home now with all our pithas rejuvenated, dosha in balance and ready to face the European winter. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back at this beautiful sanctuary with wonderful reception rooms, gardens and pools (3 !!) and a fantastic location near many stores, restaurants, bars ... and of course, the hustle and bustle of Mumbai !
