The hotel

Nice place, it's very comfortable to stay there for a long time. Included breakfast was very tasty, the big amount of veg and non-veg dishes was offered. The staff is very helpful and polite. Additional gratitude for housekeeping team, especially Durvank, my room was clean and fresh every day.

Our check in process at Sofitel was extremely smooth and convenient. We availed our welcome drinks at the Artisan bar. It’s got great ambience and decor. Perfect to grab a drink or cocktail any time during the day. Special mention for the cocktails actually - very well made. Eshan and Gaurav took very good care of us. Great experience overall!

The service was excellent. Gaurav & Eshan took care of us and helped us out. Very sweet staff. Kind. Our time here at the artisans was beyond pleasant. The cocktails at Artisan especially were very well made. The ambience and decor too is perfect to grab a drink anytime during the day.

The hotel was very nice with great ambiance ,great rooms and an amazing staff.Had a wonderful experience and time in the hotel .Its all worth it . Great hospitality by the hotel and an amazing experience and time in the hotel .Its a must visit!!

Kind gesture from Sakshi during the cocktail hour along with my family. Nicely taken care and appreciate her for taking care during the hour . Thanks Would recommend to go for cocktail hour and get nice gesture from the team working during that time.
