The hotel

Prime location for business travellers, in the heart of what we’d describe as Mumbai’s version of Canary Wharf, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel with excellent facilities that shows off a mix of French and Indian culture in the design. hotel with European standards, very clean and comfortable. nice large and quiet rooms. only flaw a slight smell in the rooms of mold coming from the air conditioning. Very prepared and very polite staff. compliments to the team that works in the Club Millesimè: Kriti, Tanmay, Ritesh, Chirag and Danish. very professional all.

The conceirge service at Sofitel is absolutely the best. I rented a BMW from them. The car was like new, the driver (Vijay) was super service oriented. Everything to eat or drink in the car was free. Of everything, why I am writing about conceirge is because that was world apart, doesn’t mean other things in the hotel weren’t great!

I get a very good professional service. The Driver was on time, following my process in the in migration and the vehicle was in very good condition. The driver give me drinks and all the time checking if I am in good with the temperature in the car. I will take this service again in the future.

Just tried the Malaysian food festival at Pondicherry café it was amazing !!! me. Tanmoy the manager was very helpful thanks 👍 , also Pavan & Ayushri were very sweet & prompt 👍 overall excellent experience, everyone should try the festival 🙏
