The hotel

Prime location for business travellers, in the heart of what we’d describe as Mumbai’s version of Canary Wharf, the Sofitel is a luxury hotel with excellent facilities that shows off a mix of French and Indian culture in the design. Located in the commercial and financial hub of Mumbai – the Bandra Kurla Complex. Transfer time from Mumbai International Airport: approximately 15 minutes.

We had a beautiful breakfast at the Sofitel Inas was our server and helped us by recommending a variety of Indian dishes that were all so amazing! Inas was so polite and helpful! Would recommend this to anyone visiting India Mumbai. 10/10!!!!!!!

Comfortable place to stay, great for business at the Jio World. Good bed, all of the amenities you would expect from a Hotel of this class. Comfortable place to stay, great for business at the Jio World. Good bed, all of the amenities you would expect from a Hotel of this class. Staff are friendly, check-in was seamless although I was quite early. Breakfast is fairly reasonable considering eggs and parathas freshly made your way with a nice rotating selection. The make up of the room was especially excellent, Karan does a fantastic job with nice touches. The bar makes a great virgin mary too. Check the pricing, although the room is pretty fair, the charges in the Hotel (eg buffet lunch) I would say are beyond premium UK levels and pretty wild for India. I take a holistic view of the cost of my stay and I’m ok with it, but they may want to consider their strategy as you will often forget how much the room was but the cost of a beer will stick in your mind. Amazing staff and hospitality. Good food , Beautiful room layouts and service. Club Lounge on 14th floor is the best for corporate meets .Special thanks to Sakshi, Rahul at F & B, and Melwyn Dsouza ,the club manager is too polite and excellent in hospitality. Best place to stay.

It was an honour and pleasure to celebrate our Concierge Day Event at Sofitel BKC for two consecutive years. Right from the very beginning the arrival and personalized welcome experience at the property to amazing venue and decor setup things were marvellously done. F&B aspects were wonderful great bar counter setup and huge spread of amazing dinner buffet We all thoroughly enjoyed our event and time at Sofitel BKC also had the honour to meet GM Mr. Dahiya himself thank you sir.
